It was a very nice place. Close to pool, beach, shopping, putt putt golfing, trolley... Sunsets are beautiful. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very nice. We were very thankful for all the beach accessories that were available. I absolutely loved the condo and the location.

Great beach vacation

The condo is located very close to beach access which is a huge plus. Plenty of room inside to stretch out. Beach chairs weren’t in good shape and we made a call and they were replaced and delivered to us at the condo that evening! It was nice having a Keurig for coffee each morning. All in all, we had a great vacation.

Great Family Getaway!

Very cool area! Condo unit was roomy enough for 6 and had everything we needed. Very easy beach access and not terribly crowded at the beach. Great dining and shopping nearby. Never tried the pool because we loved the beach so much! It would have been great to have laundry in the unit but the machines on site did fine and cost about $3 per load to run. We’ll be back for sure!

Great vacation!

We had never been to this area...we loved it! Our condo was spotless and so close to the beach. Our family loved the pool as well. We will be back! Abby at the rental company was super nice and thorough too.

Indian Shores

The location is great. Quiet area with some restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the beautiful white sandy beach!! Pool was clean and warm!! Wish we had more glasswear like coffee cups and wine glasses. Otherwise, well equipped kitchen. We would definitely return.

ITrip and VRBO have a great beachfront property!

The communication from ITrip after booking with VRBO was quick and easy. They were able to field my questions and inquiries quickly following the hurricane. Barefoot Beach Resort has the most affordable options for singles, or families on Gulf Blvd! The resort is always clean, beautiful pool, and outdoor grills everywhere for all guests to enjoy. As usual, a great trip!

Family Vacation 2022

We had a fun time, the place was big enough for our family. The beach is a short walk across the road. The floors need to be cleaned and the double bed needs either a better frame or just be on the floor. Overall the place was nice.

Location is great and the resort is quiet and relaxing. Unit is a good size and there are the basics for what you need. Suggestions would be a bath/shower matt and cleaning of comforters, throw pillows etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay-Thank you!

Great location and the condo has everything you need minus a hair dryer. Bring a hairdryer.

Overall the time at the condo was great. Big enough for 3 teens and parents. It is right across from the beach and the intercostal is in the back. The pool was nice as well and plenty of chairs. John’s pass was only 10 min, clearwater 20 and st. Pete 30 min.

Nice condo to stay in with the family, did not have any of the fishing poles or beach supplies. Only had chairs. Table was not clean had sand all over it

Great condo!

Definitely a nice unit. This is an end unit, perfect location. Everything was wonderful and a very clean unit. Had some issues in the beginning with the television not working properly. The individual (owner’s) management company was amazing and we were able to resolve the issue. Just keep in mind that the unit does not come with any type of food condiments, so you’ll have to supply those on your own. Other than that, has everything you need. The unit is directly across the street from the ocean. Literally a one and a half to two minute walk. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location!

This condo was a great fit for our family of 6. The location was amazing! The beach was right across the street, walking distance to ice cream, restaurants & shops. We had a little hiccup with checking in, as our door code didn't work. Was able to contact the property manager and is taken care of right away. One of our TV's went out during our stay and they had it replaced the next day. The owner provided a wagon full of beach gear which was awesome! My only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The bathroom was kind of dirty, the window blinds were covered in dust and there was a fan in the condo so full of dust bunnies, that I'm sure it had never been cleaned. But overall, we enjoyed the condo and our stay in Indian Shores.

Awesome location!

Awesome location, but cleanliness of unit was not good! Between trash outside the door, a laundry basket full of dirty towels under the table, tooth paste splatter on the mirror, and Doritos on the floor it was very obvious that this unit was not and is not cleaned well. I did reach out to Mark from ITRIP. He went to the unit while we were out and took the dirty towels. We were glad to get rid of them, but no clean ones were left or delivered during our stay. The TV only worked for the first 2 days, but we were too busy to care. The pool code was also not given to us, but we got it from the neighbors! For the price it was a great location and decent place to stay after I cleaned! ; )
