Nous allons égaler les taux de nos concurrents. * Complètement mis à jour salle de bain, meubles, et LIT KING SIZE * Situé à Barefoot Beach Resort Condos à Indian Shores une destination en copropriété front de mer haut de gamme avec vue sur le jardin et l'océan. La propriété de cinq acres a une vue magnifique sur la voie navigable intra-côtière et la plage est à seulement 75 pas.

BATEAUX sont disponibles pour un supplément. Juste à côté de Salt Rock Grill. Ceci est un 2 chambres avec 1 salle de bain condo avec une rare Ocean View, situé au 2ème étage, offrant une véranda avec un canapé-lit, pourrait être une 3ème zone de couchage, et de nombreuses améliorations. Le condo est décoré avec goût et loué entièrement meublé avec mobilier haut de gamme, y compris meubles Broyhill, édredons Pottery Barn, rideaux occultants dans les deux chambres et dans le salon / salle à manger, carrelage en porcelaine dans toute la surface habitable, comptoirs de cuisine en granit, Eau chaude chaude à la demande, ventilateurs de plafond, draps doux et serviettes moelleuses, Playstation 2 avec quelques jeux classés «E», bureau de travail avec câble Ethernet pour accès internet, wifi gratuit et bien plus encore.

Cette unité de condo est à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée avec une grande terrasse surplombant la voie navigable intra-côtière calme et relaxant. Coin blanchisserie est à quelques pas. Accès facile aux routes principales. L'arrêt de trolley est situé à la propriété pour le transport à faible coût à Clearwater, Johns Pass, St. Pete, etc. Email pour plus de photos si nécessaire.

We have used this property twice already and I highly recommend for any family, beds comfy, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels handy. Walking distance to beach amd nice pool on property couldn't ask for more on your vacation

Great location

Very close to the beach, nice easy walk. Loved that there was a wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. Pool was nice, water was cool but enjoyed hanging out by it.

Great location!

Absolutely great place to stay! Clean and welcoming. Water pressure in the shower was not great but everything else made up for it. Will book again!

Loved it!

We had the most amazing stay! The beach is beautiful and is just a quick walk across the street. The condo is very clean, comfortable and has great decor! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay here again!

Dawn was awesome to work with. The place was clean and she provided start up items for us to use. The walk to the beach is about 4 min away and the beach was beautiful. We had an issue with the refrigerator and she had someone there within an hour to fix it! I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to my friends and family. It was perfect for the 3 of us!

Quite cozy. Spacious. Easy access to the beach. Pool was nice and big. One suggestion for the owner would be to have TV instructions. Especially in the master. Would stay again. Thank you!

Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect spot for the three of us! It was beautiful and in a beautiful location! The condo was very nice, the beds slept wonderfully! Everything was very nice. I do think the floor could use some deep cleaning. Maybe that is just a beach thing! Thank you for sharing the condo with us!

Excellent location and beach access

Unit is spacious and offers a King Bed in Master and Queen Bed in guest. Additionally, a pull-out sofa in the bonus room (kind of a Sun Room/separate entertainment area). Our only issues during our stay - a couple minor items not provided which would be helpful to have - some hotel-sized shampoo and soap, perhaps! When we arrived, we had not packed shampoo - and who travels with soap? Depending upon what you are looking for in a beach town - the area is fairly sleepy...more action farther South on Treasure Island/Madeira/St. Pete Beach. Enjoy!

Beautiful place, close to the beach!

The condo is beautiful and offers everything you’ll need down to beach chairs, toys & a wagon to pull them. The only thing I could have used was a travel coffee mug for the beach. Cross walk and beach access is right across from the community. My kids also loved the pool. There’s not a ton of restaurants within walking distance, make a reservation for Rock Salt before you travel if coming during a busy season. We ended up driving out for dinner more that I anticipated. The plus side to that is the beach was not crowded at all, and we were there at a really busy time! We would definitely book here again!

Location and living space was Very Good.

Overall happy with our stay. Coffee maker has issues that led to my wife being burned when kitchen light quit working. Towel holder is junk. Toaster burns on one side. Pool was crowded and small. Did not use pool like we would have. Beach chairs are large and one was broken. Did not use heavy to carry chairs. Son would not be seen with the mirmaid boogie board .

Great value for the money

Working with the owner was great. Lots of great communication, quick refund of security deposit and everything as stated. This is a great unit especially for a few days as most units directly on the beach will not rent less than 1 week. The location is a easy walk almost directly across from the beach. There is plenty of space with a great floor plan large enough for 6 easily. There is really no view and no outdoor space but a great pool area and as stated before quick 5 minutes to the beach. If I had any complaint, it was the cleaning of the unit. Everything was organized and in good shape, but I would not say clean to my standards or to any standard of properties we have rented prior on VRBO. The dust on lamps etc would say they had not been touched in a while and the bath counter needed a good once over upon arrival. Floors felt a bit sticky in areas and the rug in the kitchen was due to be in the trash. Just seemed that the cleaning crew did the bare minimum.

We appreciated the check in process and keyless lock on the condo. It was roomy for us (3 adults). Provisions such as beach towels and chairs included. TVs in each room. Location was very good with close proximity to Clearwater Beach. However, I would say that the property description varies greatly from the reality. The property owner indicates an ocean view which she says is a rare find. However, you can see the water through a window in the front but I wouldn’t describe this as a “view”. The beach is a short walk across the street. As for cleanliness, this was my main concern. The owner left one dish towel and one dishcloth both well used. She also left a sponge which really should be thrown out. A little cleaning liquid was left with a bottle of refill. But nozzle didn’t work on it making spraying to clean difficult. No cleaning rags were left! Only used sponges and God knows what they had been used to clean. The bathroom sink didn’t function, the plug once depressed wouldn’t release. An improvised contraption was set up underneath which didn’t work to release the plug. The property description highlights “updated bathroom” but I see maybe a new facet but not connected to the plug. The blackout curtains in one room kept falling as the rod was separating because it wasn’t fastened properly. Only one bathmat at so you have to wash it at least a few times but then it’s difficult if you don’t have a full load. I wasn’t happy at all with the quality of linen, how dirty the dishcloth and dishrag were, that I was expected to clean with dirty sponges which should be put in the garbage. The property description says this is a “five star” condo and I don’t agree. I would rate it 3 star and only because of location, decrepit furnishings like the curtains, rods and fixtures. I also found communication with the owner to be terse, she messaged me and left a voice message before my plane even landed at home almost accusing me of taking the beach towels. Clearly the cleaner hadn’t noticed them in the shower with the dirty laundry where I was told to leave it. The owner hadn’t taken the time to verify. She also left me a terse message about the bathroom sink saying someone had “shoved” a sponge or something like that in the drain and I explained what happened, all of this before I even retrieved my luggage after returning home. I won’t ever stay here again primarily because of lack of cleanliness and manner of the owner.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the quiet private location. The intra-coastal is so relaxing. We enjoy watching the boats go by, the dolphins swimming and the fishermen on the docks. We do have an ocean view from our windows. We love the vacation feel of the whole property.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our unit is upscale with a casual comfortable environment. We are the only unit the offers TV's in every room and a Playstation 2 game system to keeps the kids, or husbands, busy while you get ready for a nice evening out. We have a gulf view which is unusual at Barefoot. Salt Rock Grill is next door. On the other side is Putt Putt Golf. There are grills located throughout the property for use. Troll stops near the property to take you where you want to go for a low cost.
