The Space:
Admire a glimpse of the Gulf from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite.

A home office setup includes a computer monitor and HDMI hookup for remote working. Extra perks include memory foam mattresses, bidets, beach chairs and towels, and USB chargers on all nightstands.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

The fireplace is not operational.
Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

Pricey Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved being at the beach. The pool was also perfect. It was relaxing and the condo was clean, pleasant and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had mostly what we needed, however some minor issues combined with the hefty price reduced this review by a star. The paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) were the cheapest we've ever seen. Also, the sofa pictured is not in the unit. There was a puny, ugly couch with no armrests. Not what you might expect when spending this much for a rental, especially given the exhorbitant fees. That said, it was a relaxing stay in a great location with some nice amenities. The birds were fun to watch, so that feature is subjective we only smelled them when the wind shifted at different times. We had to contact Vacasa for the lobby code and they responded quickly.

Well equipped condo on beach

Spacious 2 BR condo with well-equipped kitchen. Beach is in very good shape after Hurricane Milton, although some heavy equipment is still moving sand around in front of the property. Hot tub and pool are open.The only drawback is the odor from the seabird sanctuary. We simply did not use the balcony, so this was not an issue for us. The inside of the condo is very clean and smells fine! We’d definitely come back here!

An OK Experience for me, Could be a great experience for you!

The place was very clean, equipped with everything you might need with comfortable beds. It was close to the beach, heated pool, and a couple walking distant places to eat that were yummy. This place however is advertised as sleeping six & has a pull out couch
.it does NOT! The couch does not pull out & it would only comfortably sleep four adults. The bird sanctuary is right outside the balcony. The birds are entertaining to watch, but do come with a unique smell of sun bathed clam shells. There are a huge list of things to do before checking out and there is a noise ordinance. This place is perfect for a family of four, who like a clean, well equipped place to stay with a quiet time to start at 10, who doesn’t mind ubering or walking atleast 7-10 minutes for a place to eat, and that love the smell of clam shells basking in the sun accompanied with bird talking to you at all hours (they didn’t get the noise ordinance memo).

Great location!

Beautiful LARGE place. Very spacious, comfortable. Great location right on the beach. Beautiful white sand beach. Extra beach items to use, is a bonus. There is a bird sanctuary next door, which can be off putting at times. BUT this is such a nice place!!! It has a heated pool and a hot tub, which we enjoyed also. They supply beach towels, another bonus!

Mother/Daughter get away

The property listed a "peek a boo" view of the gulf. From the patio, we were barely able to see the water. It needs to be listed with no gulf view. The bird sanctuary outside of the patio/balcony made it impossible to sit outside on the patio due to the noise of the birds and the smell. This information needs to be included in the listing. I was advised there was a reserved parking space with rental of the condo. We never did find our reserved spot. Thankfully there were "open" spots for parking and we were able to have a parking spot. There were no instructions as to where the parking spot was located in the garage any of the check in documents provided. We had maintenance issues with the bathtub not draining and was without TV in the main living area for near two days. (There were no instructions/guides/directions on how to use the TV's or remotes.) When these issues were reported I was told I would be contacted with an update on how they were going to resolve the issues. I was never re-contacted with an update. The maintenance man just showed up. Being two females traveling alone, a notice of his arrival would have been appreciated. I have used VRBO and have always been very satisfied with my rental units. This was a bad experience and a disappointment for the money spent. I will not recommend nor return to this unit/facility.

Updated Unit in Older Complex

The unit was updated and modern. There were some old beach umbrellas and chairs available for use, which was helpful. The unit is next to a pelican rehabilitation center, which we thought was cool, but could be off putting to some. The beach access was great. We just walked through the parking lot to get there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach and pool were steps away. The beach was quiet and perfect. The pool area was very nice, only downside no swimming after dusk my two teenage girls were bummed about that. Overall though great place for a getaway. Extremely spacious.

Good Stay

Overall, it was a good stay. The condo was nice and as described. Very clean and comfortable. They have a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen sink, although the sink was the only place this was an issue. When we checked in the inside door security latch was broke down to the wood and appears someone tried opening the door really hard while the latch was engaged. The wood was split down the middle. I called and reported the damage as they were not aware of it. Over all, good stay, nice and clean and 100% as described.

Spacious condo at Indian Rocks Beach

Great location directly on Indian Rocks Beach. The hot tub was perfect! The condo was larger than I expected and had plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the pelicans and other birds at the adjoining bird sanctuary. The kitchen had plenty of nice dinnerware, glasses and cooking utensils. We would definitely go back...

Perfect!!

Mooi en net appartement. Alles was aanwezig voor een geslaagde strandvakantie. Tot zelfs enkele strandstoelen en kinder speelgoed. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Veilige parking, klein leuk zwembadje met genoeg ligstoelen. Spijtig dat de inkomhal en de gangen er niet erg uitnodigend uitzien. Daardoor kregen we een ongerust gevoel als we aankwamen aan het gebouw. Gelukkig maakte het appartement dan wel alles meer dan goed.👍👍👍 Buiten beplanting en tuin ook mooi onderhouden. We zullen dit appartement in de toekomst nog huren. Proficiat aan de eigenaar om het appartement zo smaakvol in te richten. Enige nadeel met momenten de geur van het vogels in het opvangcentrum op het terras. Maar toch als dierenvriend dikke duim voor de vrijwilligers. Groetjes van blije huurders The Hoppe's

Great vacation get away😎

Great comfortable property! Easy access to beach, pool and hot tub. Loved that they have chairs, beach blanket and cooler that you can use. Would definitely stay again. We had a few hiccups that were not able to be controlled by owner or agency but was handled properly.

Winter Escape

Everything about this property is as stated in the description. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and warm. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is always nice. The birds were entertaining off the balcony, but there was an odor from time to time depending on the wind. Check in and out were very easy.

Beautiful beach, nice location

The property was clean and well appointed. The beach was beautiful. The pool had plenty of chairs and was easy to access. Our unit overlooks a ocean bird rescue sanctuary. Interesting to watch the birds, but not good if you have a bird phobia.

Much Needed Vacation:

The simplicity of rent this property was definitely a plus. Once we booked the property a few short emails had us on our way to a relaxing vacation. You will find the unit as pictured. Comfortable beds and a added surprise in the bathrooms. The unit is equipped with all kitchen amenities that you need to make quick sandwiches or a full course meal. You will need to make a stop at the grocery store ( especially if you need that cup of coffee to get your day started). Two minutes walk to the beach and the pool area is clean and spacious. Many restaurants in the area.
