Update on 10-22-25: There will be interruptions in water service starting Oct 29th while the association works on replacing plumbing lines. They anticipate intermittent water interruptions to be ongoing for up to 2 weeks, with service disruptions happening only during the week and between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Pool now opened! No damage done to this unit from the Hurricanes! The Rec Center is temporarily closed. Pool is up and running. During a stay, you may hear renovation sounds coming from the ground level units. The sofa's recliner is not working. We have adjusted rental rate prices to compensate for this, no further compensation will be extended.
This 1/1 unit is located on the 2nd floor at Belleview Gulf; sorry no elevators at this condo complex. It sleeps 4 and has a newly renovated fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous newly renovated bathroom!!!! Indian Shoes Beach and it white sand is right across the street. The pool is one of the largest in Pinellas County depth ranging from 4 to 10 ft. (pool not heated). There is a front balcony too, which is shared with a neighboring unit. Minutes away from great restaurants, shoppes and John's Pass! Queen-sized pull-down Murphy Bed in Living area.
Boat docking Is available on a first come first serve basis along with shuffleboard and BBQ's. If you are bringing a boat, the first come first served docks can accommodate up to a 20 ft boat and can stay for a maximum of 3 weeks. There is a county run boat launch approximately 1/4-mile North where you can launch and pay to park your trailer, AS BOAT TRAILERS CANNOT BE PARKED AT BELLEVIEW GULF....FIND MORE INFO ON THE PINELLAS COUNTY GOVERNMENT WEBSITE ON THEIR PARK-BOULEVARD-BOAT-RAMP-PAGE
You will be given the code to the lockbox 1 hour prior to your arrival. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.
We will be available by email through the Messaging system. Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.
There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a nominal fee.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
