Private STUDIO in one of the best spots in Atlanta . Steps from Piedmont Park/beltline,botanical,museum, colony square ,W and Lowes hotels,marta, bars,restaurants, and a very walk-able area. Take the Marta from the Airport and walk. parking space available on request. There is a bike share right outside ,at the entrance to the park. 3 apts in the bldg if your dates are not available- the building is a quiet, 100 years old ,apt is renovated

The space
This is a vintage building, built in 1920, with modern updates. Tall ceilings, huge windows, refinished hardwood floors, brick walls, walk in closet,new kitchen and bathroom. Nice and bright! its 2nd floor from the front door and 3rd floor from the back door. We do not have elevators. apt is renovated but hallways are not. please reserve the free parking space at booking and let us know If driving a truck

Everything was as pictured in the listing. Super location in close proximity to Piedmont Park. We had a lovely short walk through the park over to the botanical garden. I lived most of my life in and around Atlanta and have always been curious about the older buildings surrounding Piedmont Park. I jumped at the chance to stay in one. The owner, Shelley, was quick to respond to any inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

We stayed for one evening in the unit in late July 2026 and LOVED it! The location is perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, the park, and many other attractions. The host, Shelly, was SUPER communicative via the messaging system and provided a wealth of important information prior to our arrival. Her information was accurate, easy to follow, and very detailed. I wish every host was this proactive and thorough. The unit itself was very clean, had super cold A/C and a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen (pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc.) and the bathroom (towels, toiletries, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The building was very quiet and well-maintained. Another plus was a physical key to the unit (versus a computer pad) and we felt comfortable and secure with our belongings in the room when we left. The area is is a very cute neighborhood and is very safe to walk around late at night. Check-out was very easy and we look forward to returning again the future. I rate this unit a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!

Very comfortable and Great location

This was a very nice getaway for the wife and I. The location is centrally located in midtown and within walking distance to everything! The location is very cute and perfect for a couples getaway in the city!

Great location! About a three minute walk to Piedmont Park and a 10 minute walk to some fantastic restaurants. I also appreciated the quiet hours that are enforced.

Location is great and place is cozy

What a great place to stay if you need to be in midtown Atlanta, walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and the Marta if you need to get downtown. Host is great and responded quickly if we needed help. The place is cozy but was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Piedmont Park studio

It was an adorable efficiency apartment with plenty of room, comfortable bed. Great kitchen - we didn't cook but certainly could have. Lots of closet room, lots of outlets for electronics. RIght near Piedmont Park Entrance and the Botanical Gardens.

Quiet, cosy and quaint

This studio apartment suited us well for our 3 night stay in midtown Atlanta. Fantastic location, this unit with parking spot included, was much as it was advertised. Shelley was an attentive host and easy to communicate with.

Great place

Perfect for our one night trip. Quiet, nice, clean. Parking is very tight, I don’t recommend bringing a large vehicle. Ford Explorer fit with side views turned in but very close. Highly recommend this place. Shelley was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating!

I enjoyed my stay at this studio apt; great space for an individual. I had an allotted parking space within the building. The studio was half a block away from Piedmont Park and in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.

The perfect landing pad for my weekend in ATL!!

The studio apt was bigger than I expected. Super comfy and clean. Had everything I need and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was so great to communicate with and I felt so comfortable all weekend. Loved having a designated parking spot. Narrow driveway was a little tight but I had no issues. I will go back to this spot on my future trips to Mid-town ATL.

Great walkable location

This unit is very close to Piedmont Park which was the perfect location for our stay. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. (Bottled water, K-cups, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner) This is my second time staying in one of Sandy’s units and I will definitely be back.
