Suite privée dans O4W.

Appartement d'une chambre avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle, plafonds de 10 pieds, entrée privée, véranda, salon, petite cuisine, grande salle de bain, walk-in et laveuse / sécheuse. La véranda donne sur le jardin avant avec vue sur le centre-ville. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon qui a des portes françaises à la véranda. La chambre est grande avec lit queen et buanderie dans un dressing. Il y a un parking fermé et beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. Cet appartement est au premier étage d'une maison centenaire dans le quartier le plus diversifié d'Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward.
Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue si vous vous garez à 20 pieds des passages pour piétons et à 15 pieds des bornes d'incendie. Nous avons un endroit disponible dans notre allée fermée derrière la maison où il y a une télécommande sur la table basse.
Si vous vous garez à l'arrière, veuillez vous garer à droite des portes-fenêtres rouges devant la bordure orange.

Weekend trip

Perfect spot for a short weekend trip to ATL. Came into town for a show at Mercedes Benz stadium and this location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! We loved sitting in the front area and the space felt like a perfect size for two.

Lovely long weekend in this century old home away from home

We spent the long Memorial Day weekend in this really quaint VRBO carved out of a corner of the hosts beautiful century old home in Atlanta’s O4W. The hosts thought of everything. We were super comfortable and felt right at home. There are several restaurants within walking distance (Amano’s Italian and Umai Sushi) that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. Patrick and Galal are very gracious hosts and we’ll definitely be back next Memorial Day weekend!

Exactly what we wanted

Was in town for a conference and needed a place near the Georgia Congress and rooming enough to hang out that wasn’t a stale hotel room. Also needed to be clean, secure, and affordable. All were met. Plus, place had solid furniture with nice interior which made it a fun stay for us.

Having never been to Atlanta, this stay was perfect because it was near everything and in a good neighborhood. I love plants and the front yard made the place feel more like a hide away.

My husband & I had a kid free night out and this place did not disappoint!! The owners were incredible, the bed, pillows & sheets were soooooo comfortable! Although we didn't cook they had everything one would have needed. Thank you guys for the hospitality!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The private entrance and gated parking were nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also conveniently located near places we wanted to go. Our Hosts were kind and answered our questions. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 30 days at this property. It fit my needs as a home/remote office and was a very comfortable place to stay for this length of time. I found it to be a very private unit as a rental out of a house. The home owners are friendly, helpful, and overall really good people.

I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!

Stayed for three nights over New Years

Perfect spot for a couple to stay in town. The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we didn’t go out for meals. This was helpful as we did not have a car. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus as well. Short Uber ride for the house from the marta station, which was convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Fantastic!

Great place to stay for our long weekend to ATL. We went to the aquarium, Ed Sheeran concert and a Braves game. Property was close to all the things we wanted to do. Around 2 miles from downtown ATL and. Short 10 min drive to Truist Stadium. Hosts answered questions quickly and were very helpful! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Always a great stay at this cozy house

Patrick and Galal have been my gracious hosts on several occasions for lengthy trade show trips. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need, and there is a cozy living room and a nicely sized bedroom with a desk, a huge closet, and a washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious and everything in amenities is supplied if you forget something. Gated parking is a plus and tge neighborhood is always quiet in the evening. It’s a three minute drive to downtown and is close to everything. Perfect for the solo traveler or a couple.

Excellent property and hosts!!

This property is great! It was exactly as listed. Adorable and comfortable, it is a little small but very comfortable for the two of us. The hosts are very responsive and super kind. The location is right in old fourth ward with off street parking which is nice and convenient. The neighboorhood is pretty quiet. There is a park down the street but no noise can be heard in the apartment. I would absolutely stay here again. Fantastic!

This property, space, place was extremely nice. My husband and I found it very welcoming, inviting, cozy...just right for us. We really can't say enough good things about our stay here. Bedroom was very comfy! Prior to our arrival I would have enjoyed some casual email conversation with the owner; more about the apartment, surrounding area, like I've had with countless other VRBO owners over the past 15 years that we've been using VRBO. That didn't happen, though I did try.

Perfect, quiet & well-equipped!

I enjoyed two weeks as a guest at Patrick's Vrbo. Fast Internet let me work remotely without issues, and the small kitchen was surprisingly ergonomic and well-stocked, allowing me to cook all my meals without going out. I felt safe leaving my car in the gated lot; the few times I needed to drive, it was easy to get to Trader Joe's or the highway. The Vrbo is also a short walk to CVS, The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library, and The King Center, and whatever conventions are being held at the nearby hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, etc.). Patrick was friendly and responsive to my messages and was also on-site to greet me upon arrival. Who could ask for anything more?

My husband and I have been together for 24 years and in this neighborhood for 20 years. We renovated this 100 year old house into a duplex with in-law suite. We are self-employed and work together on residential renovations. We enjoy gardening, cooking, camping, hiking, biking and community building.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house was perfectly located in the most diverse and historic neighborhood. Being in a transitional area made it one of the most affordable properties in Atlanta. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit in the past few years but we still love it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Built in the early 1900's it features 10 ft. ceilings, lots of windows provide a lot of natural light, Hardwood floors and large spacious rooms.
