We take cleanliness and property maintenance very seriously. Our building and individual units receive routine professional pest control treatments. Occasionally, changes in weather can contribute to increased insect activity. Upon learning of your concerns, we promptly arranged an additional professional treatment. We have continued to monitor the property closely, and no further activity has been reported. Regarding the linens, all bedding is replaced with freshly and professionally laundered linens between guest stays. While we are confident that the bedding was clean, we recognize that stray hairs can occasionally cling to freshly laundered fabrics. We have reinforced with our cleaning team the importance of carefully inspecting all linens before each guest's arrival. We understand that proximity to specific destinations is an important consideration when booking accommodations and the property's exact address is provided upon confirmation of a reservation. Our property offers convenient driving access to many of the area's entertainment venues, and we encourage guests to reach out with any location-related questions before booking.
