Home away from home but with dolphins and manatees in your back yard.

The property is the downstairs of our home with separate back entrance, separate central ac and mini split ac. Lovely location on the intracoastal waterway with dock, salt water pool, hot tub, kayak and bike use. You can enjoy watching dolphins, manatees and many sea birds from the pool and dock area. Our beaches have white sugar sand and lovely blue water. and are a short 2 block walk away. There are many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.We do live upstairs so you may occasionally hear us but we do not use the pool,or other outdoor amenities when we have guests.

We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It was a relaxing and easy getaway for our family, and we especially appreciated how well‑stocked and welcoming the space felt. Lynne was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to others!

Our stay was excellent. Lynn was very accommodating with anything we needed. This property is right on the water with easy access to the beach right down the street. 5 mins to beach access and several restaurants/bars. Great location! We would definitely rent again.

Great location, very clean, great amenities, stocked kitchen, hot tub was a plus and beds are super comfy. Host is very responsive. My family and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great spot. Extremely well stocked, perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It come with a wagon, chairs and everything else you would need for the beach. Great spot and great hosts!

The host was quick to respond and was great to work with. It was in a good location to restaurants. I didn't realize we were so close to the bridge which has rumbling traffic noise outside all day long

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We saw dolphins a couple of times out back. The host was very friendly and answered questions quickly. She provided everything for the beach which was perfect for us.

Great property, spacious, nice outdoor space. Its clean and full of the things you need like blankets, towels, kitchen equipment. It was too chilly to use the pool but we enjoyed the view. We watched fishermen and saw dolphins from the dock. Its a short walk to the beach and a few fun restaurants. The area is less commercial than other beach areas nearby which made it more pleasant in my opinion.

Location was perfect! Unfortunately, our trip coincided with the coldest weather seen in FL in years. However, the amenities still made it enjoyable. We enjoyed laying by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Loved being right on the canal. Lots of wildlife sightings - dolphins in the canal, an Osprey nest near with one perching on a neighbor's tree and a heron who decided to hang out on the deck. Short walk to the beach as advertised. Had everything you need for the beach and a wagon to pull it in. Great restaurants within walking distance. Host was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will most definitely come back. (My daughter is already trying to plan another trip)

Amazing & within walking distance to the beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway, a half-mile walk to the beach, and had everything that we needed. We would stay here again!

Great Location

We were all very happy with our stay centrally located. Great view, we enjoyed the spa and we saw dolphins. Very cute place, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

This property was wonderful. It was clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The owners were the nicest people who were easy to communicate with and provided so many "extras" that you felt like you were home. The location was wonderful that you could walk to the beach then come back and soak in the hot tub. Would definitely come back!!!

Indian Rocks Beach Getaway

Lynn's house was perfect for our family. The views from the deck on the water and easy to walk to beach, bars, restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

I enjoy travelling mostly in this great country. I love being outdoors biking, kayaking, golfing, playing tennis, skiing, scuba diving and spear fishing, hiking and just enjoying nature

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love living in Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) and have resided here for 35 years. It has a smaller beach community feel with plenty of great restaurants and bars. The beach is never too crowded. From our property you can walk almost anywhere you want to go.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have a great view of the waterway and Indian Rocks Bridge. You can watch the boats from kayaks to yachts, try to identify the many sea birds, look for dolphins and manatees and just relax in the saltwater pool.
