Dear Monika, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our guests, and your comments are very important to us. We understand that your frustration may have been caused by reserving our property, thinking it was one of our other homes we manage. Unfortunately, we did not have availability to move you at that time, but we will take your feedback seriously and work on improving the interior of the property to ensure it meets the standards our guests deserve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much better experience. Best regards, Innovare Homes
