The Gloria on the Beach! 1BR/1BA Beachfront Condo!

MaryMargaret, I am thoroughly disappointed at this dishonest and excessively scrupulous review. First off, I explained to you multiple times that the condo you inquired to us about before booking, The Gloria, is the exact same condo you booked with us and the same condo you stayed at, with the same description, amenities, photos, and everything else. You tried telling us that you requested to book a condo that we don't even own or manage, and then blamed us for your mistake by saying WE BOOKED this condo FOR you. That's just not how Vrbo works, I can't make a reservation for you. And yet after all of this you still insisted we "bait-and-switched" you going so far as to claim this on a public review. The sofa bed pulls out fine, you were just doing it incorrectly. I also tried explaining this to you but you were already upset because you thought we bait-and-switched you with the condo. As far as the TV remotes go, you probably switched them so you were using the wrong remote on the wrong TV. It is true that you don't check-in at the front desk because that's a hotel service and you weren't a hotel guest, so therefore you didn't need to check in to the hotel's computer system. You do, however, need to use the front desk to pay for valet parking and to retrieve the key cards. That's just how it is. Your other complaints are just ridiculous so I won't even address them all. But we never advertised a safe in the condo so that is not an included amenity. The balcony doors lock.
