Enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from the intimate dining area overlooking the beach. The kitchen offers everything you need for a quiet dinner or leisurely lunches when you just want to stay in. A full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and coffee maker are welcome conveniences after a busy afternoon on the town when you'd prefer to avoid the dinner rush.

Plush reclining chairs offer a relaxing spot to unwind in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy a movie with a friend on the television. There's no need to travel with bulky beach gear as this property offers complimentary beach towels and beach chairs, everything you need for an instant beachside oasis to soak in the sunshine and let the songs of the seagulls lull you into your seaside siesta.

A comfortable king bed is sure to leave you refreshed and ready for a day of sunshine and surf. And after a day of adventure, the tasteful seaside décor ensures you drift off to dreams of silky sand and salty breezes. Chateau Condominiums is an intimate complex of only 16 units and offers a sparkling pool with a tiki picnic area, lounge chairs, and direct access to the shimmering sands of Belleair Beach. The town of Belleair Beach is a little piece of paradise full of old-fashioned neighborhood charm. It is mostly known for its relaxed atmosphere on two waterfronts: The Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Take the trolley to Clearwater for endless dining and shopping options or indulge in one of the local favorites. Be sure to make time to experience the famous Clearwater Aquarium, just 15 minutes away, and Busch Gardens less than one hour's drive.

Perfect location

Small , but for two people just wanting to getting away it was nice , older place with only a few steps to the beach, which was not over crowded at all. Wish we had better weather ... love the area and hope to return 👍

Friendly, cozy studio with great view and proximity to the beach.

Easy to get to, free parking, and close to many restaurants and shops. Spectacular beach location in a clean, safe, area and regular returners who are very helpful and friendly. An overall nice welcoming atmosphere.

Perfect place for a vacation!!

This was an overall great stay! Perfect location and amazing communication with the host when there was a hiccup getting into the door with the code but was able to get in quickly eith great service. The place provides everything you need for a great stay including a full kitchen with lots of things to do close by. The view from the room itself makes this place so worth it!
