Cette luxueuse maison est aménagée pour accueillir des groupes de toutes tailles. Beautiful View - Short Sleep

Great location. Only a few complaints I have or things that I feel this property is missing. First, the mattress's in the casita and master are terrible. There is no way they are new or anywhere close. I could hear the springs creak and pop multiple times a night when you'd roll over to try and find some comfort. Just terrible mattress's. The kids didn't' complain so I assume the bunks and queens were okay. With the large sitting room downstairs it would be nice if there was a TV down there for the kids, kind of odd that there isn't two TV locations for an occupancy of 16. Other occupancy issues were, no where near enough pots and pans to cook for the amount of people that can stay there. We went to Walmart and bought a big boiling pot and a big fry pan just to get us through the weekend. Additionally, the dining table is a joke. You can house 16 but dining table only seats 6????? A Costco table and chairs were available in the garage and we used them but for $600+ a night I think we could eat on more than a costco table and folding chair. Those are all my negatives. We really had a great trip and none of these things are total deal breakers just don't really feel you get what you pay for. The house is beautiful and clean and appears to be brand new. The back deck is nice. The garage is big and empty, plenty of room for cars and bikes and toys that you bring to STG. The location is great, just far enough from town and really close to Snow Canyon State Park. Due to the mattress quality I probably would not stay here again unless that was addressed. Layout of the house and functionality for a big group works well all except for the dining table and pots/pans issues.

Traditional Memorial Day weekend

The house was absolutely gorgeous. We weren’t crazy at with the location of the house. It was a little far from town. The beds were all very uncomfortable but over all had a lovely lovely visit. The house fit us all very comfortably. We’d highly recommend this home

Advertised as 5 bedrooms but there were only for with the downstairs family room sleeping several kids on sofa beds. The Ledges community is great but it was a little far to drive to Brianhead 2 days in a row. It was a wonderful time as a family. Really enjoyed the Ledges community Thank you

Reviewer Comments: very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood. the overlook to the golf course provided a picturesque view. one of the garage door broke during our stay but maintenance never came in time to resolve it for us. pantry and some basic kitchen necessities were lacking but able to survive. overall a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the photos undersold this place. It was perfect for us. We had nine women on a girls' trip and this place was ideal. Would definitely rent again. The only thing I would request in the future would be a slightly better stocked kitchen. There wasn't a fry pan which was odd, and some basic spices, zip locks, etc would be helpful.

Wonderful place to stay!

We came to St George for Spring Break with our family. We loved the house, location and especially the big windows and deck overlooking the golf course we enjoyed the pickle ball courts and the pool. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Love the decks. It was a perfect place for 16 of us to be together and we would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Location is excellent, view is awesome. The living space and bedrooms were perfect for 4 couples, even had a room of bunkbeds we didn't use. Professional helpful management company. Everything was so easy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After an 18mo. Covid pause, it was great to return to the Ledges. We have rented several Ledges homes over the past 5 years. Every home has been very clean, so comfortable and a great relaxing get a way. It's like being "Home, Away from Home". So convenient to everything, but a calm and inviting atmosphere.Love to watch the golfer tee off, attend the "Prime Rib" special at the club. We also attended a live performance at Tuacahn because its so close. As repeat customers, Dan Dekker always gives us 10% discount, but would return without it. Dan, Kimber and the whole management staff make us feel like family. They make the whole process so easy, and always have the rentals in tip top shape. Now that Covid is behind us ? we shall be returning to our favorite "Get a Way". Thanks again for another great time to relax in such a calm, beautiful setting.

the house was clean and comfortable..the bedrooms were good sized room..I was able to sleep well..the kitchen was spacious but not enough pots for a big family like us..the community pool was kinda far that we had to use our van just to get there…but overall ratings,it’s highly recommended!

So close to perfect, but not :(

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chip shot was a great find, it fit our family very well, sadly we found out after booking it , there was no pool access. Fortunately, we had a friend with a pool close by. That was very important to us.The master bedroom was good, except you were forced to wake up with the sun, as the blinds are only for privacy. Definitely need some for of blackout curtains etc. The bunk beds or extremely uncomfortable!! I see the benefit of multiple beds, but no one wanted to sleep in them. The tub shower curtain in the basement bath was only a half curtain and wouldn't close all the way. These are all small problems that could be fixed that could really help this unit be great. A pool is a must in St. George too!!Oh and the other huge complaint was the televisions were a mess! The remotes were missing from some tv's(Casita) and very difficult to program and function-not happy about that! No garage remote left on property.
