Cap ensoleillé et spacieux de 4 chambres avec votre propre plage privée d'eau douce. Jenkins Pond est l'un des étangs alimentés au printemps les plus propres de Cape Cod! Profitez du kayak, de la natation et de la pêche devant votre porte arrière. Ce joyau d'une maison a une salle familiale de l'avant vers l'arrière avec un téléviseur de 50 "et une table de puzzle / carte pour beaucoup de plaisir en famille. Le premier étage est ensoleillé avec des fenêtres de cuisine et une porte française donnant sur l'étang. La terrasse arrière à plusieurs niveaux est parfaite pour griller ou prendre votre café du matin.

Vous obtenez le meilleur des deux mondes avec les plages d'eau salée de l'océan à quelques minutes et l'étang d'eau douce dans votre cour arrière. Tournez à gauche et vous êtes à Mashpee Commons, tournez à droite et vous êtes dans le pittoresque centre-ville de Falmouth Village. Le ferry pour Martha's Vineyard et Nantucket est à quelques minutes sur la route. Vos vacances peuvent être une journée de détente sur la plage de votre arrière-cour ou de la visite du Musée des enfants de Mashpee, de l'Institut océanographique de Wood's Hole ou du Falmouth Bike Trail. Girls Weekend

The home was in a quiet neighborhood, very homey, we all felt comfortable. Very clean and the views of the water were beautiful! We loved eating breakfast on the large deck and conversing in the sun room. I am definitely coming back!

Fully stocked house on pond

Clean, attractive, perfect for kayaking on Jenkins Pond- close to Falmouth shopping, easy to get on and off Cape Cod - is close to Bourne Bridge, very relaxing sitting on the deck facing the pond.

Lovely Lake House near everything

Lots of fun for the family with room for everyone. The lake is terrific and although the weather was very warm, an evening dip made everything wonderful. Beautifully decorated home near Falmouth and a great ice cream shop called Skippy’s.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This is a beautiful home with plenty of relaxation seating space both indoors and outdoors. It is in a great location on the Cape and the neighborhood is lovely. Lisa was great to work with, very responsive and caring that we were happy with our accomodations.

We had a wonderful stay in an awesome home and enjoyed every minute! Lisa was so friendly I feel like we have known each other for years! Home is well stocked and it made it easy to fly in from out of state and have many of the things we needed already there and waiting for us.

Amazing introduction to the Cape!

A beautiful Property! My kids loved swimming in the lake and using the kayaks.The views from the deck and the kitchen, and living room are amazing. It was very clean and communication with the host was easy. Do not hesitate booking this property!

Peaceful retreat

It was so nice to stay at this peaceful location with a great view. The house had everything we could want. The sand toys and paddle boards were especially popular. There was plenty of room in the house for people to spread out and do what they want.

Lovely and Spacious Pond Front Home

Lisa was a great host. She called me a few days before our stay to be sure we wouldn't have any issues on arrival and help with any information about the local area we might have questions on. The house was clean and neat with wonderful views of the pond throughout, and very spacious with the 4 bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms. The location was great for our Christmas shopping weekend with downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons, Cape Cod Mall all an easy drive.

Terrific time on Jenkins Pond

We really enjoyed our stay this year on the Cape! The location of this home is terrific. Wonderful views of the pond from the deck and the small beach on the property. Loved having the kayaks and SUPs for use. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet - and perfect for walking/running. Plus, there are numerous trails nearby. The proximity to Falmouth is also great. Finally, the home itself. Very comfortable and clean. Thankful for the window A/C units in the bedrooms, but we had very nice weather, so they were rarely used. Lisa is a great host and maintains a very nice property. Thanks for the great week!

A little slice of heaven !!!

Nestled in a quiet, pondside community is this lovely, beautifully decorated and well stocked home with a nice open floor plan. The view of the pond from the back deck is breathtaking as the pond beckons you to come play in the water. We were on the pond every day even if just for a brief paddle around the inlet. The Falmouth area offers great fishing spots, bike trails, beaches and cute towns. It was a perfect family vacation, thank you Lisa for sharing your home with us.

WOW

This is an absolute gem. The setting is beautiful. Looking out onto Jenkins Pond from the enormous deck is truly magic. My four year old twin grandkids loved the private beach. It's absolutely ideal for toddlers, and no less enjoyable for adults who enjoy the paddle boards, canoe and ample beach space. The interior is comfortable, well equipped and well appointed. Lisa, our hostess, rates six stars. She is communicative, informative and above all kind. Just a super place in the most wonderful small town on The Cape.

Impeccably Clean and Detail Oriented

Don't think twice about booking this rental!! The house was so impeccably clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail the owners have was fantastic and much appreciated, anything you can think of that you need...the owners have there for you. Vacation rentals do not always have comfortable beds and that is not the case here! We had two teenage and one tweenage daughters and they would let us know if they are slightly uncomfortable and they all said they slept great...as did my husband and I. The owner Lisa was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I can't recommend this location more and we would love to come back for another week at some point!

Perfect home for a "girls getaway weekend!"

Let me first say that I have rented many properties over the years for both friend and family holidays, and Lisa is by far the most friendly and communicative host I have ever experienced. She is exceptionally delightful! This home was the perfect gathering place for our getaway of five 50-something gals. The beds were especially comfy, the kitchen was well-appointed, the deck overlooking the (very large) pond was lovely, and the home was both clean and well-decorated. We enjoyed using the kayaks in November, thanks to a great weather weekend. And we walked and biked the nearby Shining Sea Bike Path. The sunset viewing from The Knob and from Old Silver Beach was excellent. This home was absolutely perfect for our getaway. We could not more highly recommend it. Lisa is an extraordinary host!

Relaxing on Jenkins Pond

We had an excellent vacation! There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids (7-11). The house was spacious and cozy (a welcome combination). The pond was absolutely a dream! Many mornings before everyone woke up, one of the adults would slip into the water for a swim or a silent misty paddle - we used our paddle boards, but there are 2-kayaks available for use. I’ve been going to the Outer Cape for years and haven’t spent any time in Falmouth. What a great town! I’m so glad to have discovered this part of Cape Cod. Close enough to the National Seashore to enjoy the waves and seals… and close to the Bayside Beaches to explore the sand flats at low tide and bike riding distance to the lovely beaches of Falmouth. Lastly, Lisa is lovely and so easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful time! I’m looking forward to staying there again.

AMAZING HOME: AMAZING HOSTESS

This home is truly remarkable. This was our second stay, and the fun we had was echoed in the voices of my six year old twins who were in Jenkins Pond before their parents could even get them into their swim togs. The home is immaculate, well equipped, great for families and exceptionally welcoming. The improvements made since our last visit have only enhanced the home's appeal. The views from the deck are breathtaking, proximity to Falmouth center is very convenient as well. I've been coming to Falmouth for a little over five decades, and re-fall in love with it every time. Furthermore, our host and hostess are fabulous. Lisa cannot do enough for the renters. Communication with her is absolutely top-notch on any inconvenience. This year we had a couple situations (nothing to do with the home, as I mentioned, it is fabulous) that needed understanding and kindness. Lisa, as I expected, was exceptional in regard to both. As far as home and hostess are concerned, I'm running out of stars. Let's go 7 this year!!

Everything was great! The only reason I gave a 4 star for cleanliness was due to to some sand on the floor when we arrived. Beautiful home with a beautiful view!
