The beach here has soft, white sand that's nice and flat for long walks. A special location for fishing and birding enthusiasts as well! The world famous Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge is around the corner as well. Truly a very special spot at the "elbow" of Cape Cod with unbelievable water views and some of the best wildlife viewing in the world in your neighborhood.

Despite your secluded Estate, Downtown Chatham is less than 2 miles away for shopping, strolling and enjoying delicious local cuisine. Bluefins on Main Street offers excellent sushi and the Chatham Squire is a favorite for beers and live music. Stop by the Chatham Candy Manor for homemade fudge and chocolates, or Yankee Ingenuity for unique jewelry and gifts. The Chatham Wine Bar and the beach bar at Chatham Bars Inn are also musts - there are just too many great spots to list here! The Chatham lighthouse and beach are just up the road from the house as well.

Notes on Private Dock:
Yes you can bring your boat (with some size limits) and tie it at the dock. Whalers up to 20' or so are fine - larger boats we'll need to check with owner.
You can launch at the fish pier right across the harbor. You cannot leave your trailer at the pier, but it can be left at the house in the private extra parking area (up top by Stage Island Road).
