Belle ferme contemporaine près de Oak Bluffs et Lagoon

Ferme contemporaine magnifiquement entretenue avec plan d'étage ouvert. Le premier étage a une cuisine ouverte, salle à manger, salon et salle familiale spacieuse / den avec un canapé-lit et des portes françaises pour l'intimité avec une salle de bain complète. Le salon comprend un foyer au gaz pour se détendre en fin de journée.

A l'étage, trois chambres spacieuses, un coin salon et deux autres salles de bain complètes. Vous allez adorer le porche fermier enveloppant qui comprend une section grillagée. Le porche est complet avec des bascules et de multiples coins salons. Les espaces de vie extérieurs comprennent également une terrasse arrière et un patio dans la cour clôturée magnifiquement paysagée. Une douche extérieure (un must pour le vignoble) est sur le pont arrière.

Cette maison d'un peu moins de 2000 pieds carrés est bien équipée avec air central, laveuse, sécheuse, chaises de plage, deux téléviseurs à grand écran, Internet sans fil et gril à gaz. L'emplacement est pratique pour le centre-ville d'Oak Bluffs, les ferries, les plages locales et les pistes cyclables. Profitez des couchers de soleil ou promenez-vous tôt le matin sur la lagune qui se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied.

Lovely farm house

Grant is excellent at communicating and exceeding needs. This home is beautiful and in a great location. The property is very well maintained and I felt the owner really went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. If you are considering a visit the Marthas Vinyard, do not hesitate to stay here, you will love it.

This house is a beautiful place and we enjoyed everything about it. Very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The complimentary Starbucks coffee pods were great and a nice bottle of wine and snacks. Only issue was having to supply our own sheets- not used to having to worry about this. We would for sure come back! Our host was excellent!!!!

Fantastic vacation home!

This property was very comfortable for a family. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. We used the barbecue to grill, and had several relaxing dinners on the back patio. The house was equipped with all the comforts of home. The property is located in a quaint neighborhood close to some of our favorite beaches, and a short drive to others. Oak Bluff is a short walk for shopping and dining. We are hoping to return to this property again next summer. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

The house was absolutely perfect... very comfortable and spacious. It felt more like a home than a vacation rental. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They checked in a few times during the week to make sure things were good and if we had any questions. . They had left wine and snacks for us.. i cant say enough about how wonderful they are as host and how perfect the house was. We hated to leave it to go out Would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Perfect stay

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. The house is wonderful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We stayed with our two adult children. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. The large family room was great for us to come together to enjoy the Olympics. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, the sitting area outside was a nice addition. We loved sitting on the covered front porch and the enclosed porch as well. The owner, Grant, was the best. He was responsive and gracious with his time whenever we had questions. Great location as well. Short drive to Circuit. You can also enjoy a walk to town. We hope to be able to enjoy this home again in the near future.

By far our most favorite rental on MV!

This home was PERFECT! The location could not be better, only a few mins to VH and OB Center. I loved everything about 21 Leslie Lane! It had everything we needed and more! Grant was very accommodating and super helpful. He made sure we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay relaxing and stress free! We rented during Covid19 and he supplied a box of masks, plenty of hand sanitizer and a couple of bottles of wine! Not only was the house meticulous but the layout was absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for all to sit and talk or enjoy a good movie in one of the two family rooms. The bedrooms were perfect size and plenty of drawers and closet space to hang your clothes. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with every appliance. Grant also supplied a basket of Keurig Kcups for morning coffee or iced coffee!!! The outdoor shower was so nice and right off the back deck where we enjoyed all of our meals. The yard was perfectly landscaped and a great size to keep all kids and grown ups busy! Every morning my husband enjoyed his morning coffee in the screened in porch. This was an added bonus! I can’t say enough about this rental. I honestly did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Comfy, Cheerful Retreat

Loved our stay at this house! Everything was immaculate! All the creature comforts and supplies one would need. Close to the main drag in Oaks Bluff, my favorite spot! The modern features and lovely sitting porches make this one of my favorites stays on this sweet island. The owners were great on communication, had helpful advice and tips! I’d recommend this spot and truly hope to stay there again!!!

Oak Bluffs Peacefulness

Love this house. Clean as could be and very comfy sofas and beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed well! The house had so many nice spaces to relax and chill or gather and play games. Grant was so incredibly communicative and helpful. We felt like we were in between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs, which was peaceful and pretty an equal distance to both towns . The beaches never disappoint on MV…clean, peaceful and nothing takes longer than 30 -40 minutes to get to…and that’s the longest …if you head to Chillmark that is. South Beach is more like 20 minutes. We even took the walking path into Oak Bluffs and found it quick and easy. We ate out typically and prefer Lookout Tavern and Sea Shanty. Towne is also delish , great service and pub fare and Sharky’s Cantina in Edgartown is a fun family spot …where there are some huge quesadillas and great nachos. These are great for when you get tired of all the fresh fish. Which, for us is …never. The only thing we experienced was the upstairs AC was not as powerful as some would have liked. We used the fans to compensate and that helped. Lots of towels and room to store your stuff. Roomy dressers and closets. The pantry was stocked with TP, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Garbage bags and dishwasher tabs etc. It was great to not have to buy all that stuff. And they had loads of games. Screen porch was nice and outside shower was a necessary and enjoyable feature. Choose this gem and you will be happy!

Grant & Monika could not have been more accommodating and welcoming to us. Their home is a 5 on all accounts, cleanliness, decor inside and out. We enjoyed the outside as well as the inside. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The house is extremely well kept with plenty of room inside and out. There are numerous sitting areas perfect for group gatherings or just to relax, read a book or have a glass of wine. The owners were wonderful and accommodated us when we needed to make a last minute change due to an unforeseen event. We've stayed on the Vineyard many times and would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect Vineyard House

Grant was the perfect owner and remained in contact on a regular basis prior to my visit and checked in to make certain everything was acceptable upon arrival. The house was well decorated and far exceeded my expectations, that being said, I hope to become a consistent renter. The location was perfect to Oak Bluffs as well as Vineyard Haven and located on a very quiet street. The evergreens and landscaping allows for privacy and additional outdoor space and the screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine and cocktails. The neighbors were also very friendly. My party and I are looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful property! Great vacation!

This house is totally modernized—furnishings are lovely. The room sizes are ample— lots of places to hang. Outdoor space is lovely and beautifully maintained. The house had everything we needed and then some. Grant was a very responsive and communicative host. The house was spotless. The location is great if you don’t want to be in the center of Oak Bluffs—- it’s a brisk 20 minute walk to Circuit Ave.

Beautiful House in Great Location

From the moment we stepped into Grant's house, we were impressed. The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We were impressed with the layout -- perfect for hanging out. The house had a well stocked kitchen -- including coffee and wine! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the house was the perfect size. The two children could be replaced by 2 other adults easily. 3.5 bathrooms was great! As a family that has been on the Vineyard many times before, we absolutely loved this location. It was close enough to town that it was no big deal to run to grab something from the store, but far enough away that it felt quiet and secluded. My husband and I went for a run each morning through the path that leads to the Gingerbread houses. Less than a 1 mile into Oak Bluffs! We were close to beaches that worked well with the kids and appreciated the beach chairs and toys available for use. We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

Such an incredibly great experience! From the moment we booked our vacation to after we left, the owner was helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. It is clear that they truly care about providing the best possible experience for their renters. The beaches, Vineyard Haven, and Oak Bluffs are all a short bike ride or walk away (or very short drive). We loved sitting on the screen porch enjoying the peace and quiet of the location and cannot wait to return!

Great house and great location!!

This was our first time to Martha's Vineyard, and this house was perfect for our stay! Grant was very helpful and gave many suggestions on things to do and places to eat during our stay. This is a beautiful home and truly felt like a vacation. It is very clean and updated. The yard was perfect for the 2 toddlers with us. In addition, it is a very short drive to downtown Oak Bluffs, so was an ideal location for us. We hope to come visit again!

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed in Grant’s beautiful home for 10 days in late August. The house was spotless and extremely well laid out — morning coffee on the screened in porch was the perfect way to start each day. The house is in a great location — a short drive/walk to OB and a short drive to VH. We also liked the fact that the house is on a cup-de-sac. Our kids enjoyed the freedom of being able to ride their bikes alone in the street. Also, Grant made the stay totally hassle free with very helpful touches — water bottles and a couple bottles of wine at the house upon arrival, assistance with ferry tickets, etc. We have visited the Vineyard for years and this house and experience was a real highlight. We would definitely stay again.
