Accommodation for a quiet couple's getaway, friends weekend or families holidaying together, this house provides space for all. Your Beachfront escape starts the moment you walk in and see the view. Sit back and relax to the sounds and views of the Ocean, Mayor Island, Aldermans, Karewa and The Mount in this well positioned home with beach access straight across the road. The permanently dog friendly stretch of beach starts 100metres from the house and goes all the way to Bowentown. A short 5 minute stroll to the dairy for ice-cream & fish and chip shop, plus the bike trail just around the corner.
Holidaying is made easy in this spacious two level home with an open planned Dining/Kitchen and Living area that flows out to the deck with BBQ and deck furniture to enjoy those Kiwi Summers. Two bedrooms along with a bathroom with separate toilet all upstairs. On the ground floor, enjoy the rumpus room with SmartTV, Board Games and Outside games, along with complimentary unlimited wi-fi throughout the house. Two more bedrooms along with the 2nd bathroom/laundry with a shower, toilet, washer & dryer, complete the ground level.

Walk outside to the spacious fully fenced section, to keep the kids or your furry friend safe. Plenty of room to pitch a tent and still leaving enough space to park cars or the boat.
NB: the garage on property is not available for guest use

This home is not only a great base for the beach, but also for exploring the picturesque coastal walks to Orokawa and Homunga Bay plus the many Karangahake walkways, bike trail, as well as the Martha and Union Hill gold mining areas.

PLEASE NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow cases & towels) All beds are provided with a mattress protector, duvet, pillows and pillow protectors. All linen is laundered between each stay.
The Sofa Bed is Queen Size and is in the Rumpus Room.

Relax and watch the world go by

A great home for a relaxing weekend away with family , ages ranging from 1-69. The deck with sea view was also able to be secured for the little ones. Was amazing to be able to bring the pooches as well . Highly recommend

Wow! Can't say enough good things about this property. So well set up for families (and dogs). Everything you need, plus some. Very friendly and helpful property owner with great communication. Location was perfect, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again, recommend to all.

A beautiful property in a perfect location

Beached on Broadway is the perfect house for a family holiday. A beautiful home with lots of room and a stunning view of the sea. The beach is just across the road. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you could ever need. It's great for kids and extended family - and what's more you can take your dog! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property and we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Great location

Very comfortable home in a great location for enjoying the beach and riding the bike trail. Loved sitting on the deck watching the cargo ships. The kitchen has everything you need and the number of appliances is impressive. We will definitely return.

Our weekend stay was fantastic. Ideal location with fabulous views. Had everything we needed and then some, particularly well furbished kitchen. Loved the kiwi welcome with dip and chips and timtams. Thank you.

Fantastic location and well equipped bach

Our family loved our week at Waihi Beach. The Bach is in a fantastic location and very well equipped. Clean and easy to get to. Local dairy nearby and Surf Shack (excellent Burger/lunch spot) is an easy walk away. Great location to have a relaxing holiday at.

Relax by the beach

Friends and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here over the Easter weekend. The location it fantastic being right by the beach and the bach has a lovely relaxed feel with awesome views of the sea. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, beds comfy and had lots of games to keep us entertained. We all had a great time and would certainly recommend to anyone! Thanks so much for having us

Everything you need

Aside, from the stunning views, sunny decks and beautiful sunrises, this property has everything your could need to enjoy your holiday. The beds & pillow are super comfortable, the house was spotless clean, large fenced section and it easily accommodated our large group. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property, excellent host.

First of all, Rach is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and very easy to chat with. Nice of you to send a message when the area lost power. The property is very well set up for a larger family group like ours. Plenty of space - the variety of board games were a hit. Deck and views to the Ocean are amazing. Thanks for having us at such short notice.

Amazing weekend away!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults to have a beach getaway. The location is stunning, the property had everything you could hope for and more. You can tell the owners had thought of all the small details and the host was so helpful and had great communication. The beds are super comfy which is always a bonus! Family Holiday

We are a family of 6 adults and 2 little ones under the age of 2 who fitted very comfortably into the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It was great having the 2 different living spaces as we spent alot of time indoors as the weather was shocking. Rach communicates promptly and is very helpful. I would recommend for larger groups.

I have been holidaying at Waihi Beach for 30+ years with my husband and 2 children. We have now moved here to live a slower life and enjoy what Waihi Beach and its community have to offer.

After a long search for the right home and location to settle at Waihi Beach, we found Beached On Broadway. It ticked all the boxes with the added bonus of plenty of space for entertaining friends and family, while also being able to live the quiet life, with the view and the beach feeling like it is all our own!

You too will fall in love with the view this house offers. Hearing the sound of the waves and just seeing the ever changing light on the water. This really is a magic spot for everyone to enjoy!
