Appartement de luxe au bord de l'eau

Pio Road Apartment est un appartement moderne de 2 chambres situĂ© dans la communautĂ© de Waihi Beach. L'appartement bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une vue imprenable sur le front de mer Ă  travers le port d'Anthenree. Il s’agit de 104 mĂštres carrĂ©s et de grands murs de verre coulissants s’ouvrant sur le pont depuis le salon, prolongeant encore l’espace en Ă©tĂ©.

L'appartement est joliment meublé avec des meubles de haute qualité. Il y a deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Les deux salles de bains disposent de douches, de toilettes et de lavabos en zone humide. Une troisiÚme douche est également disponible à l'extérieur de l'appartement pour le nettoyage aprÚs la plage.

Le salon et 1 chambre à l'étage sont équipés de boßtes My Sky avec tous les services de ciel disponibles.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez probablement besoin avec un lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur. Une cafetiÚre et une cafetiÚre à espresso sont disponibles pour ceux qui aiment commencer la journée avec un bon café. Une variété de thés et de cafés sont fournis pour votre plaisir.

Tout l'éclairage de la propriété est automatique et s'allume et s'éteint lorsque vous entrez et sortez des piÚces. Le chauffage est entiÚrement sous plancher et les panneaux de contrÎle sont répartis dans tout l'appartement pour le faire fonctionner.

Le linge de lit de haute qualité est fourni et les lits seront préparés avant votre arrivée. Il y a des serviettes fournies pour une utilisation dans l'appartement. Vous devrez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.

Il y a une blanchisserie entiÚrement équipée avec une laveuse / sécheuse.

L'appartement est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Bowentown Cafe pour un cafĂ© le week-end et un brunch ou un dĂźner. Un menu petit mais charmant. Le restaurant club de bateaux est Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la route et peut ĂȘtre vu depuis le balcon. Les boutiques de Waihi Beach sont Ă  5 minutes en voiture. Vous y trouverez de belles boutiques et de nombreux choix de cafĂ©s.

Tout au long de l'année, vous pourrez faire de la planche à voile, du kayak, du paddle-board, du kite-surf et de nombreuses activités de plein air en plein air, ou bien pour les plus aventureux. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied de l'autre cÎté de la route derriÚre l'appartement. La région est idéale pour la marche et le vélo. 5 minutes sur la route est belle baie d'Anzac. Un endroit idéal pour les pique-niques, la natation et une promenade jusqu'au belvédÚre.

Les gorges de Karangahake, accessibles en 20 minutes de route, offrent de nombreuses possibilitĂ©s de promenade Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo dans les anciens tunnels et de dĂ©couvrir un mĂ©lange d’histoire des mines d’or et de beautĂ© naturelle.

Fabulous Stay

Great location and views of the harbour. Extremely clean, great facilities and full kitchen amenities with a few extras on arrival. Hot pools, restaurants , cafes all within 6-8 minutes by car. Definitely recommend.

This was without a doubt the best place I have stayed at. Every single detail was thought of and more. It is a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable apartment. Stones throw to the beach and a gorgeous sunset view from the deck. I’m trying to find an excuse to go back ASAP.

A beautiful stay and the loveliest host

Jillian has created a beautiful space perfect for a weekend getaway and relaxation. She is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We were welcomed with wonderful treats and everything we needed was available. You’ll be spoilt staying here. There are great cafes nearby and if you want somewhere quiet and idyllic then you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We were 2 couples attending a local wedding. This was the perfect place to get ready and hang out at. Loved the sunsets over the estuary.

This wonderful apartment was just what we needed for our weekend away. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and was very well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we come to Waihi. The owner was great with communication too.

Amazing apartment

What a fantastic apartment just steps to the beach. Jillian went above and beyond with all the personal touches, welcome bottle of bubbles, cheese and her homemade plum paste. In the bathroom there were nice packs of face creams etc. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

Sisters getaway in style

What a lovely treat for my 2 sisters and I. Place had real wow factor from the moment you walked into the apartment/ Loved all the finishes, attention to detail and everything you could think of to cook up a storm. Beds very comfortable and showers good size. Great location - could easily walk to the beach or short drive into town - lots to see and do. Also good sitting on the deck or couch soaking up the view and ambience.

We had a wonderful stay at Jillian’s apartment. First Jillian was exceptional about being in touch before we arrived, while we were there and after. She was very responsive. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and exceptionally well stocked. Jillian added thoughtful nice touches such as welcoming drinks and cheese. The pantry had many extras which were beyond what we expected and made our first few nights in New Zealand wonderful. Would highly recommend it for any couples traveling together. We were four all together. Thanks Jillian for making our stay so fabulous.

Elegantly styled but not for us

Communications from our host were excellent and there were some thoughtful arrival gifts provided. Parking was easy for 2 vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and the 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious. There are also lovely views out over the bay, from the living area, balcony and main bedroom. The apartment is decadently furnished with velvet cushions, plush throws and many ornaments, and would not look out of place on a magazine cover. However, the living/dining/kitchen areas are not big and the many staging items took up valuable square footage, making us somewhat anxious moving around in the space. We also found the automated lighting system inconvenient. The lights would turn off after only a short time, even if you were moving around in the kitchen or unfortunately for one of our parties, who found themselves suddenly in complete darkness in the middle of a shower. In addition, we alerted our host to 3 of the 4 ceiling globes which had blown in one of the bedrooms, but with no option to replace them, it was difficult to view our luggage items. The instruction signage above the lighting panels throughout the apartment, warning of loud alarms and a significant fee to cover the call out if we attempted any adjustments, sadly added to our sense of unease. The Hollywood Regency styling presents very well, with the attention to detail likely being appreciated by some. However, none of our group felt like they could relax during our stay

The property is lovely - beautifully decorated with everything you need for a weekend of relaxing with food, drinks and conversation as a focus. Beds are fantastic and the showers are great! Easy access to a lovely beach, ideal for a long morning or evening walk. Such an ideal spot — you’ll see us again, I’m sure.

Gorgeous apartment and location, but hot though

The property was exactly per the images in terms of looks and the amenities provided were excellent. Really appreciated the bottle of bubbles. The only downsides were that the apartment was hot and the bed we slept in squeaked and was a bit uncomfortable.

Beyond expectations

From the moment you step into the apartment it is clear that a lot of love and thought has gone into presenting a space that is at once homely but with a sense of curated sophistication. Unexpected treats (bubbly & cheese) and a spotless apartment with amazing water views set the scene for an amazingly relaxing weekend. Our host could not have been more gracious - allowing us to check in early and with fantastic communication throughout. - you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We will be back!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is something special about this place. I cant explain it, Maybe because its so peaceful and quiet. Maybe because every time I stop to look at the view it has changed. The sunsets are too hard to photograph and they just have to be seen in person. The people are so warm and welcoming. The beach is behind me for walks and the harbour is in front of me to sit and admire. The cafe is right next door for coffee. What more needs to be said.
