Accommodation was spacious, especially for Tokyo! Easy walk to a couple of train stations. Beds were a bit hard but comfy enough. Check in and out was very easy. Air con kept the rooms warm in winter. Washing machine and clothes hanger on the balcony was very useful. Would stay again if looking to stay in Shinjuku, it isnt central Shinjuku but has plenty of food and shops within a 2 min walk for easy dinners and was more affordable staying a bit further out.

Host was quick and responsive. Place was little hard to find but photos helped! Rooms were larger than expected and offered a smart TV. One request.. if i'm booking for 6 people would be great to have enough silverware, cups, plates, and towels for every person to have 1. Location is good, very close to Shinjuku and walkable from that station. It's near the "Korean" part of town with a vibrant nightlife.

Excellent location that had a lot of great space. Place is clean and close to train station that will take you anywhere you want to go. The kitchen was well equipped but needed some water glasses. There were only mugs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Alex's apartment is is a great location in Shinjuku, close enough to walk to all the action, but in a quiet street. Our family of 4 adults had our own bedrooms which was important, and more comfortable and functional than a hotel room. Also being able to wash our clothes was handy.

Cute Tokyo Apartment

Property was perfect for my stay with two young adults. The location was super convenient to public transportation and there are many interesting shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Great location in Ktown!

The stay was extremely pleasant and the check in and out process was really simple. The area is in Ktown area which can get a quite busy during the weekends but otherwise was fine. It had a washing machine as well for us to do laundry which was convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come here again in the future!

Property was an expected Japanese apartment, small and with efficient use of space. We were comfortable during our stay, but there was quite a lot of noise on the street outside at late hours. Also, the washing machine is located outside and should likely be noted.

Okubo stay

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. Convenient location by the Shin-Okubo station and tons of selection for places to eat. Although in the middle of a busy area, it was quiet and I never heard any outside noise. Having the washing machine was a big plus during the stay! I’d highly recommend this place for those visiting the Tokyo area!

Tokyo adventure

Our family of 4 were comfortable in the unit. The location was close to many metro stations. The larger bedroom faces the street and many night we can hear people out through 4am. Kitchen and bathroom were small. The mugs were dirty. Many eating areas around. The host were very good with communication. The place served its purpose for our 5 nights stay.

Great location for exploring

Stayed here with my family of 5. A total of 4 beds which was really appreciated. Washing machine was great to have. Kitchen had limited supplies and would be a bit challenging if planning to cook meals. Easy checkin process. Easy access to subway and trains (5min walk). Close to (10min walk) to the heart of Shinjuuku. We found this location made for convenient exploration of Tokyo and allowed us to return for a rest midday.Wish the next door coffee/pancake shop opened before 11am!

Tokyo hideaway

The property is very clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. The location is in a Korean area of the city, so most food around was Korean, not Japanese. For Americans, we found that Japanese mattresses are much firmer than we're used to, so be prepared. Host and cleaning crew were very helpful.

Adequate Lodging in Tokyo

We had a pleasant stay at this VRBO in Tokyo. The location is a definite highlight—nestled in a safe walkable Koreatown neighborhood with plenty of dining, shopping, and a train station nearby. The apartment itself was very clean, with fresh bedding and a tidy bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was a great bonus for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and even brought us extra towels the next morning upon request. Directions from the train station were clear and helpful, and we appreciated the English translations provided for the TV and AC remotes.That said, the accommodations are simple—clean and functional, but not luxurious. There were no guest amenities beyond a few spoonfuls of instant coffee, and the decor was more basic than the photos suggested. We also had difficulty finding the building when arriving by taxi, our Taxi driver had to get out of the car and ask for directions, which was frustrating after a long journey. It would have helped to be told about the coffee shop across the street, which would’ve made a great landmark. Also, beware of noisy late night revelers. Speaking of coffee, the shop next door doesn’t open until 11 a.m., but Tully’s Coffee is a 10-minute walk away and opens earlier. Overall, the apartment is a solid option—nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and convenient for a small group. We’d recommend it for travelers who prioritize location and value..

This was an excellent place to stay while in Tokyo. Shinjuku was the perfect place to stay with it being close to train stations and all sorts of restaurants and night life. There were 4 of us and we were comfortably situated here. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in Shinjuku
