The establishment have an schedule to start the stay that this guest override in spade because they arrived with fourteen hours after of the meeting time .Of course as we don’t have reception service to make check-in ( in the night- very early in the morning about 3 hours from the next day from the starting stay.. we had that make an contract with somebody else which could make this extra service and so someone could made the meet and greet and it not was 300 euros , because it cost 200 euros. First lie… The accomodation ( semidetached house)is just a 200 metres from the promenade and beach… Second lie. They too in the second day from the stay lost the keys in the night ( leaving forgot in a car)and i was that bother to my neighbors to that they could enter in the house throught from the neighbor house … in 30 years in this bussines not found an case as this in my life … because they left forgot all the keys from the house in a car inside a parking that closed all the weekend and we had that go there to give you all an new set of keys till that they could get have the car again.. Really they caused a lot of inconvenience and almost broke the door from forcing the door so hard. We offer accommodation not a nanny service for drunker boys… They rented a car so which they not spent money on taxi… (besides that several buses stop there going to malaga , Fuengirola and marbella) and the property is in the middle of benalmadena costa. Desafortunadamente la piscina no pudo ser utilizada segun me dice la administracion por trabajos desarrollados en ella ademas de las restricciones impuestas este año por las autoridades aunque la lluvia tambien resulto determinante para haber podido disfrutarla.De todas formas mis disculpas por estos inconvenientes que aunque no dependen de esta gerencia sabemos que no son agradables. Well, with respect to the definition villa, it is also used to define semi-detached or paired houses,.... in any case... both in the advertisement it is mentioned that it is within an urbanization and it also has multiple reviews where the guests who was stayed there it was mentioned in their comments which kind of accommodation is; Therefore, if they had read everything correctly, they should have been know this very clear. Of course the property have 3 baths not 4 as it can see on the advert and the guest never asking for the 4. The property have a mercadona just 5 minutes walking from there and just a little hilly( statement out of reality).We have a completely legal business and you paid for a rental that you enjoyed, so there was no scam!!..Nothing!! By the way, you broke a shower control during your stay that we have not claimed from you. We are sorry for the small inconveniences with the water of our community but you already know that this was out of our control since they were circumstances of force majeure that no one could foresee (also thanks to our management we managed to get reduce the impact from this restrictions that only lasted 3 nights because they get were solve in this BRIEF date range. That said and with respect to my rates being in line with my sector of the vacation rental market, you will already know that renting during the month of August (when everyone is on vacation means assuming more cost for your vacation rental). .. by the way, renting a property like the one you had in mind would have meant paying around 3 times more to your wallet than what you paid for your stay at our property (Everything in my ad is true and definitely up to date).These customerst only wants to communicate by what's up or mobile and not through the VRBO website. As you can see, our property is highly valued among our clients, who showed their satisfaction by giving us their trust and gratitude, expressing it later in their respective reviews. In any case, we gladly accept your opinion as it helps us improve our standards. Although I must say that I find many of the assessments that this client mentions are totally outside of reality or are directly exaggerated expressions outside of reality (such as that you have to go to the supermarket by car when it is 5 minutes away on foot or that she I thought the property had 4 bathrooms when it has 3, to give an example). Well, it doesn't matter, no matter how many times you repeat lies, it will never become the truth. Finally, a brief note. When you go on vacation you have to be very clear about your expectations and if something is not as you expected in the place, please take advantage of it by exploring the positive points and not focus on the negative, bringing out your frustration and getting angry about everything and paying it with the rent of the property (this is not helpful and creates a very bad environment).
