Ce fabuleux condo 1 chambre est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de tout ce que St. Thomas a à offrir. Restez à droite sur Sapphire Beach avec 2 restaurants / bars à distance de marche! Sapphire Beach est l'un des St. Les plus belles plages de Thomas et a de nombreuses commodités, y compris la location de chaises de plage et la location de tuba. Ce condo est également à seulement un mile de l'agitation de Red Hook et c'est de nombreux restaurants, bars, vie nocturne, shopping et le ferry pour St. John et Tortola, BVI!

Le condo a 1 chambre avec un lit king-size ainsi qu'un lit gigogne pouvant accueillir confortablement un total de 4 personnes. La cuisine est également équipée de toutes les nécessités de base.

Amazing location! Beautiful beach and nice super close walking distance restaurants and fun live music at the beack bar/restaurant. The room and outdoor surroundings were nice and clean, a bit outdated but had a comfortable stay. Justin was an incredible host and we had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

April 2025 vacation

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! The taxi service that Justin hooked us up with, were great. They were there in a flash to take us wherever we needed to go. Not much waiting at all.

just steps to a very nice beach. would return to same location. checked out other locations while on island and this was by far the best for me.

I would never recommend this condo. It wasn't very clean, it hasn't been updated, wood trim is rotten, bathrooms need help. The overall smell was so bad, like something died. We were out on all day excursions for the first 3 days of our stay. On the 4th day I decided to try and find where the stench was coming from. Found it...bedroom dresser drawer was filled with human URINE. Absolutely disgusting. It had definitely been there for a couple weeks. Obviously the condo is cleaned very well. I tried to reach out to the property owners but was only allowed to speak with management company. They sent a cleaning crew. They cleaned the drawer but left it dresser. It still smelled bad. I called them back and said dresser should be removed, as it had urine in it. They came back and removed drawer and placed it in the front porch. I bet that blue dresser in bedroom is still there. Would you want your clothes in there? We didn't find this right away because we dont use dresser when we travel. Just live out of suitcases while on vacation. After we returned home I tried requesting a refund. We had been negotiating a fair amount and now we are ghosted. No one will reply. Very disappointed. This condo is the worst. We traveled with 28 people and rented 11 other condos. By far ours was the worst. No one would hang out by us because of the horrendous disgusting stench and filth. We spent the rest of our trip in other friends condos. Would never rent here again.

Awesome place

We stayed with 4 people. two adults / two kids. This place is amazing and probably best place to stay on the island . Right on the beach with restaurants. Close to all things needed.

Great stay on Sapphire Bay

We have stayed at several spots at this condo. This one was the cleanest and had the best communication. We love St Thomas and recommend Crystal cove all the time based on convenience to everything.

Great Vacation!

The location of this property is perfect. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you don’t have to. You’ve got the beach, plenty of games, food, bars, and even a coffee shop and boutique! Not to mention how beautiful the beach is. This property was very clean and well kept. Justin was easily accessible if we needed anything!

Was pleased with the accommodations. Would have liked a pamphlet with info as to the pool location & use of beach chairs. Burner controls on stove didn’t work. Only high flame. They burn too hot & unable to adjust.We enjoyed our stay & was impressed with the ongoing maintenance

Excellent vacation home!

We had such an amazing time during our stay at this property. The pictures don't do it justice, it was very large and spacious and the beds were extra comfortable. Located right on beautiful sapphire beach you are literally steps away from paradise! Minutes away from Redhook, the ferry to st.John, restaurants and the grocery store! Washer and dryer in the unit was also extra helpful for all the sandy beach clothes! We will definitely be back next time we come to the island!

Family friendly

The family of 4 (with a 9-year-old and 6-year-old) stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a blast! 2-3min walk to a beautiful beach to snorkel. We saw tons of fish, a turtle, and a shark! The property had everything that we need, such as beach chairs, floaty, and some snorkeling equipment. I wish there is a walking path to Red Hook. Paying $6x4=$24 for 2min taxi-ride was a challenge.

Nice condo on Sapphire Bay

We rented a condo in Crystal Cove on Sapphire Bay for a little over a week. The condo itself was a large 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms & a Murphy bed. It was very nice, clean, had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and a full kitchen. The bar on the beach serves good drinks a d has excellent fish tacos and pizzas when you do t want to cook. Moe's grocery in Red Hook is a $6 cab away for everything else. Our host (Justin) was in contact every step of the way and even gave us his cell, just in case. We'll definitely rent from them again next year.

Mardi Gras/ Valentine’s week trip!

This was a bucket list trip for me and my husband. It was a great location with steps away from the beach, and grill. Red Hook was 5 min. Away and several popular beaches close by. The weather was amazing! We enjoyed exploring during the day and the condo was very comfortable. We were disappointed in not facing the beach. We faced the Lagoon and Thought we’d see beach from condo. (It’s tucked between other condos that faced lagoon.) That being said, Justin was super helpful with questions and helped us when we accidentally locked ourselves out! I highly recommend this location!

Ok but misrepresented

Misrepresentation came during the booking process. We were told there was a pool but there wasn't. We were told that there would be beach chairs and towels but we had to call the manager to get us some. There was no problem taking care of the discrepencies and the manager was eager to help. The problem was the initial misrepresentation.

Happy birthday!

Tired of trying to find a gift for my wife's birthday and our anniversary I decided to look for a warm getaway. I'd let my passport lapse so my search lead me to St. Thomas. The images looked beautiful and the tropical weather was enticing to a Pennsylvanian heading into November and winter ahead. We do a lot of all-inclusive vacations so this was a change. The beach was beautiful and laid back. Reefs were available for snorkeling and the water was warm, welcoming, and only a few minutes walk from our residence. Our living quarters were clean, and accommodating. Full kitchen, two baths, king bed, and Murphy bed. Big screen TV in living area and bedroom. We did not rent a car and found the taxi service prompt and affordable. There were four eateries in the direct walking area from casual food to fancy. We enjoyed them all. Groceries were only a few minutes ride away. Justin was very helpful and made sure our vacation began and ended without issue. Great communication! If i get the chance to return I'll definitely contact him again.

Perfect location and very clean, but needs updating

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Blue Persuasion! The condo was very clean and fit our needs. There was a little bit of confusion about whether or not beach chairs were available for us to use. When I contacted the manager, we were told there were not beach chairs, but when we arrived there were 3 chairs along with an umbrella, pool noodles, a cooler, and even a beach bag. We were very happy to see this as we were planning on visiting other beaches and it was very helpful to have these items. The location truly can't be beat. Only steps away from gorgeous Sapphire Beach and all the amenities of the coffee shop, bar, restaurants, and boutiques. The only thing critical we can say is that the condo is in need of renovation. Like I mentioned, it's very clean, but there is considerable damage to the interior. The fan in the second bathroom is ridiculously loud. You actually have to hold your ears. Also, the bed mattresses desperately needs to be replaced. There is absolutely no support... you sink into it like a hammock. The beach towels also should be replaced... most are stained and tattered. All that being said, we did enjoy our stay and it's a great place if you're budget conscious.

There has been an ongoing issue with the local utility company (WAPA) resulting is several scheduled and unscheduled outages. Consequently, we did not have power 3 of our 5 nights, including one time where the power was out 20 hours. This unit does not have a generator at the time of this posting (April 2026). We were NOT notified of these outages in advance, so on our first day we stocked up on groceries, only for the power to go out our first night. The second night the power went out, and I inquired and discovered this has been a recurring issue and the property manager noted "the prior week was bad". We were NOT notified of this issue prior to our arrival and when pressed, they stated there is nothing they can do about it and offered no restitution. They place blame & do not take responsibility for a major inconvenience in not having reliable power, especially for families.Days in advance of our arrival, I inquired if an early check in was available. Then the day before our arrival I was sent a text offering an early check in with venmo instruction to pay for it (40). I declined. The day before check out, I was sent another text offering a late check out for 40. After 3 days without power, this offer should represent how inconsiderate property management is at this unit.Neighboring property guests were notified of the potential outage issues prior to their arrivals. Some have generators, some do not, but at least they were notified. We won't use this company again

Justin’s property was great! It had everything we needed & the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach & restaurants. He was quick when answering questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing place to stay in St Thomas

Really enjoyed my stay here. Justin is a great host and was very communicative where I was not stressed out at all. This is my first visit to the USVI and it was a great experience mainly due to this place being our base. There’s a great beach just steps away from your front door with a beach bar and a solid pizza spot as well!
