Excellent stay. The condo is in a great location, and is so well equipped you need to bring very little.Steven is a great host, communicates well.A car rental does make it easier to get around, glad we rented one.Comfy bed, great A/C and the place just makes you feel like “home”.

We had a great stay! Everything was described, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, soaps all included, plenty of towels and hot water. The host Steve was very responsive to all my questions /communications. We will be staying again in the future :)

Great view of the beach. Nice house very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. Great kitchen. Back yard could use some clean up. I would suggest pavers and a Sun Setter awning. Or table with chairs and umbrella.

The guest is absolutely correct that the back-yard needs some TLC. Since we inherited B~11, we have making steady progress improving the unit. The back-yard is the next, and final, major improvement on our agenda

What a great stay at Steve's place. A two minute walk to a nice sandy beach with beach chairs and loungers included. A very well stocked apartment with snorkeling gear, towels galore, plenty of dishes, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, two bathrooms with showers and most importantly, a super friendly, responsive host. I'd definitely stay again. It was a great base to explore St. Thomas and beyond.

It was great being able to walk out your door and see the beautiful beach. Choice of places to eat within walking distance. There was plenty of room for all four of us. The bed was really comfortable. Would stay here again.

The unit has everything we need. From walking out and having the beach in your own backyard to stepping stool for the kiddos and tube for someone like me who doesn’t swim. Beach chairs being provided is a huge plus. The location is also perfect. Everywhere is about 4-10 mins away. We cannot say better things about our host. Read the docs he prepares for you. You will have all the tips you need for your visit. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely spot on the beach. Friendly people and not too busy.

The property is located in a great spot for visiting other beaches and stores and restaurants. This is a very roomy condo, space used well and they have everything you need for cooking and hanging out at the beach. The owners are very easy to contact and are easy going about travel times. We had to contact them a couple of times with questions and they were very helpful.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay at clean and well kept property. Extremely short well to Sapphire Beach with snorkeling around coral reefs and swimming in gentle waters. Family friendly. Beachside bar, pizza, breakfast sandwiches at location. Short travel to Red Hook for local groceries.

Very comfortable, well equipped beach condo with amazing location on Sapphire Beach / Crystal Cove. Owner's are very flexible and responsive, everything you functionally need is there and then some, so don't over think it. Great little beach condo.

The condo was exactly as advertised, plus lots of extras - great floaties for the kids, eyeglass repair kit when my husbands glasses broke! The beach is great but crowded, and snorkeling was fun. (Just watch out for jellyfish on the left side reef.)

We had a wonderful time here. The place was very clean and had everything you could ever possibly need. Steve and Honey responses very fast to any questions we had and are extremely knowledgeable about the island. They really care about their guests! I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting saint thomas.

Overall, our stay was good. The check-in process could definitely be simplified, as the instructions were a bit overwhelming and didn’t clearly mention the gate code—we had to stop at the front desk to get access.The unit itself was nice, but cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. One of the bathrooms had a toilet that didn’t flush upon arrival, though the host was responsive and had it fixed within a couple of days.The location was great. The beach is just steps away, which was a huge plus. The AC worked really well, and the place was stocked with beach towels and snorkeling gear, which we appreciated. The host was also communicative throughout the stay and quick to respond when needed.Overall, a good location and responsive host.

As advertised and great location.

Booking and check in were easy. The property was great except if there are storms the power goes out sometimes for long periods of time. It wasn’t cleaned the best but everything was spacious and well appointed. For the money it was a deal.

Unfortunately, for various reasons, the electrical service on St. Thomas/St. John is "fragile". Aggravating this, in spite of the Power Authority's efforts, during the past 3-4 weeks, when these guests stayed, interruptions were unusually frequent and often "island-wide". The condominium has a limited back-up system which maintains power to those fixtures that provide safety and security. The condominium is also investigating installation of a "full power" back-up system so that the condo has full power at all times.
