Cette villa romantique est située sur une voie de plage privée, dans un domaine privé appelé Kailua Gardens. Vous entreriez dans la villa par la porte coulissante en verre située à l'extrémité peu profonde de la piscine.

La meilleure partie est de simplement descendre une voie de plage privée et en moins de 2 minutes, vous serez à Kailua Beach, qui est la plus belle plage du pays! C'est génial pour les enfants. L'eau est calme puisqu'il y a un récif de corail à 1 km du rivage, où les vagues se brisent. Vous pouvez faire de la plongée, nager, faire du kayak ou simplement marcher sur la plage pendant des heures. Vous pouvez également regarder le soleil se lever le matin sur l'océan et la lune se lever le soir. C'est vraiment à couper le souffle!

First time on oahu! The house is in a great location right across from the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely return. If renting a vehicle, I would recommend maybe a compact due to tight parking.

Parking was very tight, would be nice to have a heads up that compact vehicles are best. Great location. Building is dated and needs some deep cleaning, patching and painting. Active bird nest above window in the large bedroom is loud in the mornings. Pool was clean and taken care of daily. Would be nice to have more clear instructions on operating the jacuzzi.

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owners was very timely, informative and responsive. The place was clean and comfortable for our family of four and well stocked with everything we could have needed. You cannot beat the location to the beach and market- so many spots were well in walking distance. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay here, and it was just as great as the last. Zak was fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and appreciated having coolers, beach mats, and beach toys available. The short walk across the street to Kailua Beach is incredibly convenient. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Easy to communicate with Zak about logistics for this property. The LOCATION is too notch. From the parking to the outside look, it may appear tight, but my family found it big enough on the inside and really enjoyed the convenience.

Amazing location ! Pool was beautiful. Walk to beach. Everything was very clean. Hosts were very nice. Coffee maker. Decent sized refrigerator. Hot plate and microwave but no oven or cooktop. Perfect if you want to make breakfast and lunch but go out for dinner. Walk to kayak rentals and market. Very close to Kailua-town. Definitely recommend.

Bugs in the kitchen. House smelled moldy and damp, pink mold found on the lampshades and sheets had stains. Fixtures were in poor shape. Stair case was sticky. No check in instructions, had to call the host to figure out how to get in. Sliding glass door leading to the pool is the main entrance to the unit with no way of locking it when you leave since the lock is only on the inside. Perhaps we’re just used to a cleaner, more well-kept unit but the photos made the unit look like it was in better shape than what we saw. We ended up leaving early to stay in a hotel given the mold concerns. Host was very pleasant and lives on the property but quite frankly I didn’t see any immediate way to make the issue better. I was in a hurry to rectify the situation and just left w/o notifying the host to try to make the best of our stay and avoid unnecessary stress. If you don’t plan on being inside much and the condition of the unit doesn’t bother you then this is a great spot. As a family of 4 with one under 3, this wasn’t for us.

We believe this review is unfair and does not accurately reflect the stay or the condition of our property. These guests requested to cancel their trip only a few days before arrival and were disappointed when we were unable to provide a refund under the agreed booking terms. Despite that, they completed their stay and did not report any concerns to us during their visit or give us the opportunity to address anything in real time. We are on site, responsive, and always willing to help when issues are brought to our attention. For future guests, our home is cleaned weekly, often more frequently, and we take cleanliness very seriously. The door is secure and does lock from the outside with a key. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, and we stand by the quality of our home and the many positive experiences shared by past guests.

Perfect for me and my adult daughter and a friend. Close to the beautiful Kailua beach and some shops and restaurants. Clean and nice accommodations. The spiral staircase was fine for me- I left my suitcase on the lower level. Easy to find- great instructions. Lovely pool area. Would definitely recommend or come again if I return to this area.

Nice place to stay in Kailua. Pool and hot tub were great, a beautiful oasis and the location near Kailua Beach is great. That said, the living area and kitchen are a bit small and the spiral staircase was challenging even though we are fairly fit. The smaller bedroom is really small and very bright once the sun comes up. Family who own the property are lovely and very friendly.

Steve and I lived in Colorado for 10 years and had our first child, Sharly. She was 3 months premature and weighed in at a whopping 1 pound!! When she turned one, she weighed almost 10 pounds. Her doctor said that she would grow if we moved her to a warmer climate.. that it was difficult for her to maintain a 98.6 degree body temperature without burning so many calories. So, we moved to Hawaii.. with $500 in the bank and our little daughter. That was in December, 1979. And here we are 35 years later. Sharly has since married, given birth to our grandaughters, Kaylee and Riley, and has moved back to Colorado. We had our son, Zak after moving to Hawaii. He married his high school sweetheart, Amber, and they have 2 sons. And, he just began working for us full time!
There's more to the story, so come and stay with us to hear the rest. We love our guests and have many repeat visitors to our lovely rentals.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought our house before it became a vacation rental. We owned a small travel agency and people were always asking if there was anywhere to stay other than Waikiki. So we decided to rent out some rooms in our home to accommodate our clients and to make a little extra money. There were no hotels in our town and the beach was just gorgeous. Little did we know that Kailua would become such a B&B mecca.

You will love the hospitality and service we provide our guests. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the property is like walking into Shangri La. Steve's gardens are breathtaking and the pool is beautiful.
