Situé au 2ème étage avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, ce logement locatif privé de 2 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain se trouve juste à l'entrée de Waikiki. L'emplacement est parfait à distance de marche du centre de conventions d'Honolulu, du centre commercial Ala Moana, des boutiques et des plages de la bande de Waikiki.

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to walk to Waikiki and the parking made our stay that much easier. By having a car we were able to go around the island and not sequester ourselves to just this area. We would stay there again!

Great Location - Nice space

Every room had an AC unit which was nice. The porch was small but nice to sit on. Having a dedicated parking spot was great. Secure parking and building access. The location is very convenient. Would stay again.

Clean, good location restaurants beach. Well stocked. Only quibble was some minor repairs and updating needed. Good price point for location.

Family Hawaii trip

On the positive: the owner was very responsive and even send some ideas on what to visit. If you only stay to sleep, the property was ok. The location is about a 30 min walk to the "Duke" statue. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The free parking is a plus however if you drive a large SUV you might have some challenges going up the ramp. The negative: the view from the balcony is to the street and the rooftop parking lot. The ceiling fan did not work and the portable air conditioner unites are very noisy. The livingroom furnitures had some stains and the sofa was covered with a green blanket, not very attractive in my oppinion. The bathroom is small. There is not enough vanity space for 4 people. Overall the apartment could use some updates.

A Nice Place To Stay

This condo worked really well for us. It was clean, well run and the location was great. The parking space was also super handy. Bonus, the beds were super comfy! We would stay here again.

Great stay

The place has great location; however, it is a little old. We found three bugs and had to clean them out. The host is very easy to communicate, and towels and beach toys were provided by the host.

Royal Aloha Family Vacation

Great place to stay in Honolulu! Central location…walkable to beach, Ala Moana Mall, and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dinnerware, saved a lot by cooking meals in, instead of going out every night. Small glitch with the TV/cable, but our host was very quick to help fix the situation. Loved our time here, can’t wait until we can return!

Do you want to stay with COCKROACHES?

The over all was unit looked nice , beds were comfortable. I can’t tell you how many cockroaches we saw and killed . That was disgusting!!!

In general, the apartment was very nice. When we arrived the floor was dirty. However, there was a small vacuum and I vacuumed the entire apartment. The chairs and table set up are uncomfortable, but we managed to use them. All else seemed clean and comfortable.

Affordable, solid choice near Waikiki

Great pre-arrival communication and unit was exactly as described in the photos/listing. Wonderful to have free/easy to access parking on site for using a rental car. Easy walk to Waikiki and other nearby areas (like boat tours). Plenty of restaurants and food trucks nearby as well. At this price point, do not expect the Ritz Carlton. It is a clean, fairly spacious and well-equipped two bedroom unit near Waikiki with parking -- if you want luxury, get an overpriced hotel. The area was also safe with 7-11/ABC nearby as well as the canal trail for walking and running.

Nice central location

This property is as advertised. Perfect for our family of four. The location is close enough to all Waikiki hotspots to walk to them and easy enough to get out of in a car to get round the island. Oh and the parking space is a really good asset. It is a city location and as advertised you do hear the traffic pretty much all the time, but it’s a busy city and that’s expected. Other than that apart from the odd confusing light switch everything worked fine in the kitchen, the shower is decent and the little balcony is a cosy spot for a morning coffee.

Awesome location property needs updating

Really enjoyed the location of the property, layout of the rental property, and availability for parking. The inside of the property needs some attention. It’s very dated , lacks a warm home feeling, has a few roaches at night, and needs attention to the holes in the hallway and mold in the closet. We had a party of three. There was 3 very old wash cloths and 4 towels and 4 beach towels. No rugs anywhere.. not even in the bathroom. The location is amazing. 7-11 on the corner, food trucks on the next corner, and the international Market approx 10-15 min walk up the street. Hopefully this review is helpful for both the customer and rental agent.

Very clean, quaint little abode.

Everything was clean, and hospitable. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances were in great working condition. Bedrooms had clean, fresh sheets and towels. Balcony view was beautiful. Parking was convenient. Laundry facility was within walking distance of our room which was great. All amenities were as described. We encountered a few roaches here and there but we were warned and was not a problem. We really enjoyed the stay. Even though the ac didn't work in the building, the portable ac units provided did a great job keeping the rooms cool. We would recommend and book again.
