Profitez d'un coin de paradis à Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 208. Cet accueillant condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est l'endroit idéal pour créer des souvenirs inoubliables avec votre famille et vos amis pendant que vous découvrez l'île South Padre. Vous n'obtiendrez pas assez de la vue imprenable sur l'océan du golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon privé. Vous adorerez la piscine en bord de mer, le bain à remous et l'accès privé direct à l'océan à la plage de sable fin.

Commencez votre journée en prenant votre petit-déjeuner sur le balcon meublé en bord de mer pendant que la brise marine embrasse doucement votre visage en passant. Après le petit-déjeuner, promenez-vous le matin le long de la plage pendant que les vagues dansent d'avant en arrière le long du rivage. Dans l'après-midi, étanchez votre soif avec une boisson préférée pendant que vous vous asseyez pour lire un bon livre et écouter les vagues apaisantes de l'océan.

This condo was everything we needed and more! The best part was the Gulf view from the balcony, living room, and master suite. It was very spacious and clean.

Perfect Vacation

The balcony overlooks the pool within talking distance which is crucial for older kids swimming while baby is napping. Effortless to go to and from the beach all day. So close to all the activities! Golf cart rental 1 block away, quick drive or longer walk to Gravity Park, food trucks, gift shops and more. Definitely a family oriented place.

Perfect getaway!

This is a great location! Just steps from the beach and the pool with a great sunrise view over the gulf. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and filters! The beds were much more comfortable than most hotels, and I loved the ease of the towel exchange when we needed a couple of clean towels mid-week. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo!

Lovely family condo

The condominium was quite comfortable with the kitchen, being a especially well stocked. The two bedrooms were great size, the front bedroom does need blackout drapes. Other than the bright morning sun and the low water pressure in both the showers this condo is a real winner. The Sun Tide 2 was a very nice complex. Good pool, very close to the beach.

Great short vacay

We had a wonderful time. The condo is updated and very clean. We could see there were some water damages in the larger bathroom area. Tha management team can improve their customer skills when speaking to customers. They hung up on us twice; Alberto was very professional to us. This minor inconvenience will not deter us from coming back though. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony!

Best Condo for Family of 4

We were so pleased with everything at this condo. Worked wonderfully for our two teens to have separate beds in the spare room. The king bed in master was very comfortable. The living, dining, kitchen with a private patio did not disappoint. Soooo close to beach. The air conditioning worked so good for this humid place. Some of our past rentals could not cool or smelled musty. This was not the case for this condo. Even had nice appliances in kitchen. Could hear footsteps in condo above us. Just bring a white noise maker. We used the tennis court, pool and hot tub. Do make sure you only have one vehicle. Strict parking permit is enforced. They do tow so make sure your permit is showing on dash. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.We had a comfortable stay here.

Great beach view and short walk to the beach

We were pleased that the apartment was accurately portrayed in the listing. On the second floor, right by the stairs, was great. It was not great to walk by the communal trash can to get there. The balcony/patio was large, but one of the chairs is need of repair, and it's hard to get out there. The locks are rusted making the door very difficult to open. Three lightbulbs were missing when we arrived. None of these issues affected the week of relaxation and fun we enjoyed. Nevertheless, they are issues that should not have had to be addressed.

Clean and cozy place with a great location

This is the second time we stayed in a Suntide II condominium and we love its location on the island, the pool, and the walk to the beach. The Condo it self was very clean, great size for a family of 3, the beds were comfortable and the new tile in the bathrooms were nice. Unfortunately, it is just about time for this condo to be remodeled due to alot of things showing wear. The some lights would'nt turn on, the doors were worn out (especially the balcony door), the appliances and the furniture are old and heavily used. But, with that said we had a great trip and the condo provided a comfortable and safe place to sleep. I dont like having to drive to the visitor center to check-in though, which has to be done to stay at alot of the condo rentals in SPI. And years ago the gave out a cool Suntide II welcome package with a small cooler filled with all kinds of goodies. Now, you get a brown paper sack that has enough coffee for 2 out of you 4 day trip.

Perfect summer getaway

My husband, myself, and our young boys rented this condo for an extended 4th of a July weekend trip. The condo was perfect for our family! Clean, super convenient location, a very quick walk down to the beach, and a balcony that overlooks the beach & pool. We stayed here for 5 days and found that it was perfect to alternate days at the beach with days inside out of the sun, and then days exploring the island. We went down to the Sea Turtle Inc. rescue and had a great time learning about the turtles. We spent some time at Gravity Park and would highly recommend a sunset Ferris wheel ride! Checkout was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going down to SPI and would even stay here again. So much to do and see on the island and this was a great place to come back and relax in between activities. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Suntide II

The place itself lends itself to a family stay, and the access to the beach is exceptional. But the building has a strict tow law, and even if you are an authorized renter with a parking pass, your car can be towed within minutes of parking, if you don’t display your parking permit on the dashboard. We were fooled twice by this, and paid $550 to recover our car from a Port Isabel towing company, on the way to the airport with our luggage. You are prey, if you believe you can run up to your condo to get your luggage and return in time to load it in your car.

We have five kids and were impressed by how much room this condo had. Plenty of space for us all to breathe and enough beds for us to be comfy. Great view of the ocean too. And it's just a short walk down the path to the beach! We would def stay here again.

I was hopeful for this property, but I was left disappointed. The check in process was easy enough and we actually got to get into the rental a bit early so that was wonderful. The condo itself was superficially clean at first glance but then with further inspection it was not. There was sand on the shower floor, the dishes and pans were greasy and the spices that were on a wheel were sooo old and greasy it was disgusting. Many of the pictures were either broken or on the floor, weird. On a positive note, the view was nice, but the condo is right by the pool so you had pool people right there in front of you so that was a bit awkward. You had to go downstairs and all the way around the building in order to get to the pool so that was not convenient. All in all, I would never return to this condo as it seems like there is no care in the ownership and it definitely shows. I will seek another Condo for my next trip for sure.

Amazing view!

Everything was amazing, we had tons of fun in the pool and at the beach. The location is excellent if you have kids. We spend most of our time at the beach and we were extremely happy we had a beautiful place to sleep and make memories. Thank you so much!

Nice stay

The condo was nice, well kept and clean, with all the necessities for a beach trip and cooking while on vacation. Of course it has an amazing view of the ocean from the second floor. I do recommend some upkeep and freshening up including paint. The king mattress in the master needs replacing as it doesn't provide support and is uneven due to overuse (hump in the middle and valleys on either side). Additionally, the futon style couch in the living room area also needs replacing as the springs are shot and you'll get poked if you sit on it.

Beautiful views and great accommodations

Condo was very clean and the accommodations were great. The condo was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and being steps away from the beach. We would definitely book this place again.

Great location and view

Great location. Condo was very clean but could use some general maintenance. Rusted light switch covers, frame in dining area broken, missing light bulb covers in master bathroom, twin bed mattress broken down. Despite this we had a great time enjoying the view from the balcony and strolling in the beach.
