La magnifique villa Palm Hills est située dans la prestigieuse communauté de Tierra del Sol. Un vrai bijou avec un décor élégant pour une ambiance country club chic des Caraïbes. La cabane glamour et les chaises longues moelleuses au bord de la piscine sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec un bon cocktail.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec salles de bain attenantes pour que chacun ait de l'intimité. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le salon à aire ouverte a de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde et il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison. L'oasis de jardin arrière et le grand patio couvert sont parfaits pour se divertir. Il y a 2 salles à manger extérieures; ombragée sur la terrasse couverte et au bord de la piscine sous les étoiles. Chique tropical tout neuf et joliment décoré mais décor intime.

Great property!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is amazing, close to everything and in a gated community with security (Aruba is very safe anyway). Nice size rooms and each bedroom room has its own bathroom. The pool was great as was the whole outdoor area. Agreat place to relax in.

Great house in a nice, quiet location.

We enjoyed the outdoor amenities, including the pool and lounge chairs. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to jave a bathroom for each bedroom. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the management company was quick to respond.

Awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and the amenities at Tierra Del Sol . The house was great and well equipped with plenty of room for us to gather as a family and to have private space when we wanted it. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved this house and would stay here again. The home was immaculately clean, well equipped, private and safe. It is as close as you can get to the experience of a hotel stay with the space and privacy of a home. We have already recommended it to friends for their Aruba vacation. The home was very professionally managed. We would rent from Casiola again!

Excellent week

We had a great stay for our first trip to Aruba. The house was very nice, clean, well stocked and easy to get in and out of. The community is quiet and beautiful. The house is very well located. A 10 minute drive to the beaches, California lighthouse and hotels/stores/restaurants. We had a great week.

Great place. Fit for my family of 6 adults. The lighting needs updated and bulbs needed replaced. After communication with property manager was able to get items updated. The stove did not work maintenance came next day and replaced. Dishwasher didn’t work and they worked on it and got it running but I highly recommend replacing. Please if you stay at VRBO communicate when things do not work. The team communicated promptly and fixed items as quick as possible but I felt it items were communicated prior I would not had these problems. Overall great place and the family enjoyed our first stay on the island.

Amazing outdoor area

The house was beautiful, the outside really stole the show! The pool was incredible, so much so we spent 2 days just enjoying it. There are so many areas outside to sit, in the sun or in the shade, plenty of room to spread out. The inside of the house was really beautiful & well done, all the beds were very comfortable. It really looked like something out of a magazine. With the houses so close, we were quite surprised at how quiet it was- minus gardeners & some construction work going on we hardly heard a peep, it was really private & serene. The bathrooms each only had 1 towel bar, hooks would be a great addition for beach towels & bathing suits. Also, there was a blender and ice bucket but not a single ice tray, they directed us to a small store a couple minutes away so were able to get a bag of ice w/o issue. There were 2 very comfortable beach chairs with straps to carry on your back, the other ones weren't very comfortable and opted to use the provided camp chair instead as our 3rd. Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit weathered as would be expected with all the wind and sun, but were very sturdy and comfortable. We have been renting houses in Aruba for 10 years, this was easily the most transactional management company we have rented from to date (extra fee for early check in, late check out, a list of fees for missing or broken items..). None of these notes negatively effected our stay and are mentioned FYI, we would stay here again and recommend!

Beautiful VacationHome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and outdoor area were a pleasant way to spend late afternoons and evenings after our fun beach days. This is perfect for families and groups. So easy to entertain and great access to fitness center, club pool and restaurant. Loved the community and Casiola staff were incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very few complints here! The kitchem is very well appointed, dinner settings for 10, and the applicances are all up to date. They include a welcome pack of coffee, filters, salt and pepper, as well as a gas grille. The vanity sinks are stylish, but a little awckward. Pool is maintined twicw a week and a gardener is by once a week. Pool furniture needs a bit of TLC but the shaded pergola area is great letting in some sun, but also some relief. Wi-fi is good, TV includes Netflicks and Prime. I have rented this home twice before and will be back.

Perfect Stay

Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and extremely well kept. The house was exactly as described, if not better. It was impeccably clean, the pool area was a serene and inviting spot where we spent the majority of our time, and the bedrooms/bathrooms suited all of our needs. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to eat out or cook at home. In addition, the beach chairs in the garage were a nice touch! The house is perfectly situated on the island and gives guests the ability to relax, but only be 3 minutes from the beach or less than 10 from the strip, when you need an adventure. We did almost everything we could in a week's time: we rode horses to the national park, booked a private boat for a snorkeling tour, visited the Donkey Sanctuary (twice!), went parasailing, went golfing, got massages at the spa, visited Baby Beach, visited the lighthouse, and explored all of the surrounding beaches. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The pictures of the house online we not that accurate. The house was tired and needed a minor facelift. The pool deck was cracked and tiles were sticking up causing tripping and bruising. Management didnt seem so concerned. Overall they were responsive to my other issues. If I had known about the pool deck I might have stayed somewhere else. Hopefully they will fix it.

Hi Patti, sorry you felt we were not that concerned. We take all feedback very seriously and that's exactly why we sent maintenance over immediately to take care of the issues you mentioned. The piece of tile that was cracked was not fixed during your stay because we did not want to invade on your privacy. Just as promised we fixed that after you checked out. Since it was not possible to find the exact same tile we took out the entire patio and put in all new tile on the patio. The outside curtain rods that were showing some signs of rust have also been replaced. Due to the home being so close to the ocean things do get rusty after a while. We monitor and are on top of things and strive to maintain to highest standards.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mesa Bista. The home was exactly how it was in the pictures. Our host were very responsive and we didn’t have any problems our entire time in Aruba. Our family thanks you for opening your beautiful home to our family. We’lol definitely be back!!

VERY NICE

in general the property is just as advetized, quite and suprisingly private. Well equiped, some wear and tear around the corners, but in general well above average with the exception of the provided toilet paper!
