This spacious and elegant villa is the ultimate place to to enjoy your vacation.
The large sliding doors to the pool make the home light and spacious, it connects the inside of the home with the pool area and makes it easy to keep an eye on the rest of your family.
The pool area is a dream, the large covered patio has high end lounge seats with cushions, a great gas BBQ grill, 2 dining areas, an outdoor shower and outdoor bathroom.
Did I mention the home has a rooftop terrace where you can see the ocean and enjoy private sunsets?
If you open all windows and doors, a delightful breeze is fills the house, but you have the option to use the airconditioning as well.
Everything in this home radiates quality, the villa is stylishly furnished with hight end furniture, and above all the home is very clean and well maintained.
The living area is spacious and has large comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. We even have a desk in the event you need to work during your vacation.
The open kitchen has an island for extra counter space and is completely equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a large dining table. We really have anything you need to prepare your own meals at home.
In case you do want to go out, the Palm Beach hotel strip with many restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.
Our home has 3 spaceous airconditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and great closet space. We have 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom, but upon request we can place a third single bed, which makes our home suiteable for 7 guests.

This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, air-conditioning, a smart TV, and great WiFi.
Of course we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels, the beds are made and you can just unpack and settle and start your vacation.
You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer as well.

Even though the home is in a great upscale and safe area of the island, the home is very secure, has quality doors and windows, the property is walled in, you can park inside the grounds and we have a safe for your valuables
For security purposes there is a camera by the entrance and sides of the building.
Our office is 2 minutes away if you need assistance during your stay, we are available for housekeeping and small repairs between 8:30am and 3:30pm and outside those hours we are available for emergencies only (electrical issues, airconditioners malfunctioning, loss of keys).

There is a cleaning fee of $260 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you
leave.

Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to those policies.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
