New modern construction villa located in the sought after area of Rooi Santo. It’s a 2 minute drive or 10-12 minute walk to all of Palm Beach's nightlife, restaurants and beaches and more. Sleeps 12, tons of natural lighting, open floor plan, 5 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms, all king beds, smart TVs), 3.5 bathrooms, inground pool with waterfall, huge outdoor bar. The 5th bedroom is detached from the house with its own bathroom. Games Galore - Basketball in pool, Ping Pong, outdoor Giant Chess, Cornhole & Kan Jam.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and walkable to high rise area. Grocery store three doors down. Owners very responsive.

Family Vaca!

What an amazing week we had in Aruba! There were 9 of us that stayed at this house - 4 adults and 5 teenage boys! It was absolutely perfect! Location of the house was awesome, house was big and spacious and the hosts were very quick to respond to questions! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation so special!

Nice place to stay with family

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this spacious property in Aruba. The accommodations were suitable for a large group and the location was convenient. However, we found that the rental could have been more affordable considering the amenities provided. There were limited towels available, no toiletries provided, and having only one set of keys was inconvenient for a group of our size. Overall, the property was comfortable for our family, but there were some aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Wonderful Vacation

Communication with the hosts was A+ prior answering any questions and even when we were away. Location was perfect and with 8 of us from teens to adults everyone enjoyed and we had plenty of space! We visit Aruba at least once a year, this year was twice :) and I don't think I will go back to a hotel! Thank you!

A wonderful experience!

We had a truly wonderful time in Aruba. We spent 10 days in Rob and Nadine's home and it was everything they said it would be online. Any issues we had were so very minor and Rob was able to help us within minutes! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is traveling with their immediate and/or extended family. There was plenty of space and many nice amenities, including the pool, games for the kids, bbq/bar area, etc. The location was perfect also. Just a few minutes away from all the essentials and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Overall 5 stars from us! Thank you, Rob and Nadine for helping to make our vacation special.
