Cette charmante maison est située dans un quartier haut de gamme et paisible de San Antonio, à quelques minutes de Fiesta Texas, des magasins de la cantera, de The Rim and Sea World, des restaurants, des activités familiales, de la vie nocturne, du palladium, du fitness à vie, du bowling, de l'UTSA, Terrain de golf Dominion, Top Golf, USAA et plus. Cet endroit est parfait pour vos vacances à San Antonio!

Cette maison de 2500 m² peut accueillir un total de 13 personnes. La maison comprend une suite parentale, une salle de jeux, une terrasse couverte avec des meubles, un barbecue, un garage privé avec beaucoup d'espace de stationnement privé supplémentaire et une piscine privée. Le salon et la suite principale ont des téléviseurs intelligents qui peuvent être utilisés avec Netflix et tous les canaux de câbles. Profitez de l'intimité de l'immense arrière-cour avec des chênes du Texas et des pacanes matures. Vous pouvez également utiliser librement le parc du quartier qui comprend également le volley-ball et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. La maison comprend un immense patio avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir en plein air ainsi qu'une piscine privée.

Je ne peux pas vous en vouloir, vous voudrez rester la plupart de vos vacances dans cette maison .. Reposez vos jambes fatiguées sur le canapé ou les fauteuils pendant que vous regardez la télévision à écran plat dans le salon. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse arrière et la pelouse clôturée, ou asseyez-vous sur la balançoire dans le porche avant. Profitez de l'intimité de l'immense arrière-cour avec des chênes du Texas matures et des pacanes. Jouez à des jeux amusants dans la salle de jeux bien équipée. Sautez dans votre piscine privée ou asseyez-vous en famille ou entre amis et regardez le clair de lune, sans oublier le barbecue professionnel qui n'attend que vous. Je peux vous assurer que je l'aimerai!

Amazing stay

The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was spacious the house weren’t on top of each other. The pool was beautiful and we had more than enough beds!, extra spoons & cleaning supplies provided

Great for Large groups

The house met most of needs just fine. It was certainly large enough. It could definately use a bit of updating.The oven seemed brand new, The 6 burner stove worked great but the pots and pans need a refresh. The backyard with the large pool was very nice. We were there in December so we didn't use it . This would be a great summer house for a large family.. Communication and check in was great. We were there for a family wedding and the location was perfect.

Nice big house for a large group

We were a group of 10 people staying at the house for a week. 5 adults and 5 teens. It was plenty big for our needs, and I always felt like we had enough room. The house has tile and was kind of echo-y, so I was surprised that the bedrooms all seemed very quiet. The doors did a good job of blocking sound from the rest of the house. It did feel like the house could use some TLC in some areas, but nothing that greatly impacted our stay. The location was near many things that we wanted to do and we had a great vacation in San Antonio.

Nice but needs work!

First I have to say for the price I was expecting perfection. House was older than I thought. Lighting was terrible, never did figure out the system. The outside grounds were terrible, with a strong sewer smell in the front. Weeds everywhere by the pool. Pool seating was old and falling apart. Overall it just needed some TLC to bring it up to my standards. The house was plenty large for the group that we had. The one fridge in the kitchen was full, so a second fridge just for drinks would have been nice. Also the small pans for cooking could be upgraded to larger ones. The 6 burner gas stove was great, but no griddle?!! The pillows really need to be upgraded as a few of us got stiff necks. There were ample towels in bathrooms but kitchen had no dishcloths. Almost all of the pool toys were flat. We bought a few new ones for the kids, and an electric pump and left them there for the next people. There was a grill but it took charcoal, and we bought a lighter and left that there also. It was very conveniently located for all the things we did in the area. Again, for the price I was expecting a really great place and was disappointed that it needed a lot of repairs. I am a house flipper and have quite a few rentals so I am pickier than most. It fit our needs for the most part. The one thing I almost forgot, ample closet space for all your clothes, but no hangers!!!!

Not sure I can write a SHORT review

Although this rental is big and roomy as stated, which we loved, it could’ve been SO much better. The house is run down and not cleaned well. House is probably cleaner when we left than when we got there. Washing machine leaking water, bathroom door coming off hinge b/c doorframe is split, had to keep shoes on b/c floor more than likely hasn’t been mopped in a while. Kids feet were black within 20min of us arriving. Needed a remote to turn on fan in one of the bedrooms, which we ended up finding in another bedroom, but it was battery less so yeah, that did no good. Front yard had standing sewage water, so it stunk outside, and downstairs bedroom was able to smell it when coming upstairs. Also, was suppose to have second entry to house for the main floor, which was a must for my handicapped father in law, and yeah, that was torn up b/c digging ditch/passing lines of some sort, so he had no way of passing with his scooter to get to the walkway for the house. And when I asked about the second entrance, I kept being told “there’s a walkway, there’s a walkway.” I’m thinking no crap there’s a walkway, but you have a jump a ditch first to get to it. Thank goodness he has two sons and a little function left to his legs that they were able to assist him down the stairs when we left for the day and back up when we came in from exploring San Antonio. I know you can’t always help if it’s the city doing something (if that’s even the case)but courtesy would’ve been to let us know to see if it would still work for us b/c that didn’t happen over night!

Awesome Airforce graduation rental!

This lovely house was a perfect fit for our entire family that came out to San Antonio for my daughters Airforce graduation ceremony. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the spacious house and backyard. I would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone with a big family looking to stay in San Antonio.

Great time with family--House has some issues

Our four-night stay with twelve people brought mixed experiences—it was great being with family but the house itself has some issues that need to be addressed. The house was large and centrally located for our gathering, dining, and sight-seeing. However, some things were challenging: figuring out how the track lights worked took some time (instructions would have been nice); three "bedrooms" do not have a closet or chest of drawers, so the only place to put clothing is in your suitcase on the floor or the back of a chair; the remote control devices for the bedroom lights control lights in other bedrooms (i.e., the master bedroom remote controls its light/fan as well as the light/fan in the bedroom down the hall where someone else is staying--not nice when your ceiling light comes on at 4:00 in the morning); slow draining and backing up of the drain in MBR shower (we made use of the available plunger); very low water pressure--especially considering how many people were housed; upstairs hallway bathroom door needing shaving (difficult to close--noisy during the night); beds throughout needing support (sagging in the middle, master bed middle supports broken); Keurig coffee maker pot missing the filter basket, leaking, and therefore unusable (the K-pod side worked fine); lack of a fire extinguisher (if needed in the kitchen area); most of the smoke alarms in a drawer--but, with batteries; track lighting in the kitchen area that needs repairing or replacing (electrical concern); the garbage/recycling containers were not to be found so we used the dumpster. The pool was wonderful and clean and gave a great place for sitting and visiting with each other. We did not report these issues at the time because we “made do” and enjoyed being with family, however the issues need to be addressed before the next occupants.

Beautiful Propery

The house was beautiful, just one spot where something had been spilled and not cleaned. The AC in the up-stairs master bed is still not working correctly, even after being told it was. We had to leave hall door open to get cool air. Otherwise, the house and pool were great and we had a really good stay. Manager quickly responded to all questions.

Pool and house accommodated our party of 10 well. The smoke alarm batteries were old so they chirped. Couldn’t reach the living room 15 Ft ceiling so it kept everyone up each night. The tile floors needed cleaning and the master light switch was too complicated and we never really figured it out. The AC vents were closed in the upstairs master, but figured it out after 2 nights.

annual family vacation

The pool and the kitchen setup was awesome, we were close to all the major attractions. The offered 3 blow up mattress and the property was beautiful. I really had nothing to complain about but, there is only 6 bedroom so we put the kids on the mattress in their parents rooms which were very spacious. The only other complaint I have is the bedroom by the living room was hot as hell at night. The question of the day is would I retun and the answer is YES!

Large Home for Large Families (with Reasonable Rates)

This was an ideal location for a large family. We were able to spread out amongst the numerous rooms, we were able to gather around the large dining room table for each meal, the pool was big enough to accommodate several people at once, the location was minutes away from key attractions like Sea World and Fiesta Texas. The rate was reasonable for all the home had to offer. It was a nice 4 night stay overall. If I visit San Antonio in the future I will consider staying at the premise again.

Family Celebrations

This is a milestone year for our family, celebrating big birthdays and our 50th anniversary so we wanted to gather and have fun while the kids were off. The house fit our needs well with plenty of space, a huge pool and close to many attractions. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been helpful to know what was there as we brought many duplicates from home. There were some maintenance issues mentioned in previous reviews that were not taken care of prior to our arrival. I tried sending messages and called but he’d address one out of about every 3 questions. When he went out of town and put his secretary, Brenda, in charge, she finally sent some out at 9:30pm on the 2nd day to address several of them. Unfortunately one was that we needed keys to access the second floor as coming up the stairs from the main entrance was difficult for my husband with mobility issues. The lighting system was extremely difficult to deal with and the oven and ice maker are still broken. All in all we had a great time.

Perfect girls and kids weekend getaway!

The house accommodated our group of 6 golfers perfectly. Great location--close to restaurants, golf courses and the Riverwalk. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Made for a perfect golf group reunion.

Not as Nice as it Looks

The pool had a ton of leaves on it and the skimmer didn't have a pole so that the pool could be cleaned The air conditioner and exhaust fans are pretty dirty The front walk to the front door was missing a slab of concrete from some work that had been done we were always bringing dirt into the house The refrigerator light and ice maker did not work The BBQ grill was filthy and the utensils were broken and gross Kitchen faucet was wobbly and loose. Several buttons on the oven in the kitchen didn't work Some of the vents looked like they had black mold in them, they need to be cleaned The outside shower was broken. Lastly I sent an email to them asking whether they had fixed these things and got no response.

Adult Family Couple Getaway

Nice property with lots of rooms and space. However, I booked specifically for a Luxury house 3 king beds(separate bathrooms). Pool and hot tub l. I would not consider this a Luxury house. (Beds are not very comfortable). 1 of the Kings does not have an easily accessible bathroom. There is no hot tub like advertised . Unfortunately when we were there the yard guys showed up for the first 2 hours and got the pool dirty, the owners sent someone to sweep pool after we called . But due to a problem with with pool , the pump was off so not heated like adversities either and it stayed dirty the whole time. I am sure those issues were just our weekend.
