Wonderful Spacious Home!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It felt like a B&B with the layout of the rooms and bathrooms. The patio was perfect for our group. Jacqui was a gracious and responsive host. We stayed for ND graduation weekend and its proximity to campus was a plus with all of our back and forth to campus. Everyone felt comfortable and at home!

Location, Size, Amenities and Hospitality

I love this place! Jacqui is easy to work with and very responsive. The house is grand but also warm. Full of entertainment options, supplies and space. Walkable to campus and Eddy Street Commons. No need to drive anywhere.

Yes, it's that great!

Came up for the UGA/Notre Dame game and could not have had a better stay. The campus was wonderful and a short walk. The stadium is a 15 minute walk from the house. If you want to stay as close to campus as possible, this is your place. The house in incredible. Large beds, enough bathrooms/showers, just a perfect house. Thanks to our hosts!

Large beautiful home

This house is brand new and well appointed. Plenty of room for our group of 16. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the theater room. The kitchen was awesome. We were able to cook several meals. It was great. Easy walk to campus. Great location. John and Jacquie were great hosts. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Great house….great management

Stayed at the house recently for an eight man golf trip. The house was just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to gather, comfortable rooms, 3 refrigerators, a bar and a Weber grill! We had a minor issue with a non-functioning coffee maker that the previous renters didn’t report. I contacted the property manager and had a new one at the house with filters in a couple hours. Can’t ask much more than that! Would definitely stay again.

Golf Vacation

House is in close proximity to Warren golf course and has all the amenities you need to have a great guys trip. Owner is very friendly, communicative and easy to work with.

Great location for a company retreat

While this property would be great for football games, we used it for a company retreat and the venue was great for meeting and hanging. We cooked a few meals together, and enjoyed the layout immensely. The hosts were fantastic and easy to work with. I would recommend this property for a company retreat or family gathering.

Could not be happier with the house

The house was absolutely superb. It was clean, in an amazing location, and had everything (and more) that we could ask for. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Really an incredible experience for the whole family. Great for younger kids and elderly people as welll!

Great graduation weekend

We had a fantastic time staying at Jacqui's lovely home. She was easily accessible for answering our questions upon check-in and being accommodating to our requests. The house has a great backyard, with a big outdoor table, fire pit, and grill. Inside is a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and a great set up in the basement with a pool table and movie theatre room. The family loved it!

We had a great weekend stay. The house was well setup to handle our group. Teenagers loved the hoop and movie room. Adults appreciated the back patio and kitchen. Jacqui and John were very accommodating. Location was an easy walk to campus. Highly recommend

Amazing House...Amazing everything

From the very start of just an inquiry to the moment we checked out after 4 nights....... the communication with the owner was above and beyond our highest expectations. Her response time to any questions were answered immediately. Besides letting us use everything in their excellent stocked kitchen with party & serving trays galore..... they also generously let us use multiple coolers and a pop up table in the garage. The house is stunning in detail and they had more then ample quality linen and towels. We will definitely look to book this beautiful and well appointed home again.

Fantastic Gathering Place for a Game with Friends

Spacious, comfortable property with everything you need. Stayed with 5 couples and 2 single friends. 14 of us total with plenty of room for everyone. Jacqui was so easy to work with. We walked to and from the stadium for the game with Navy and took less than 15 minutes.. The only thing I regret is that we didn't book an extra day to enjoy the fire pit and throw a football in the gorgeous backyard. As a group of mostly Texans, the beautiful, colorful trees was so special.

Friends Getaway

Great spot for our group of friends to finally get together with our kids after everyone got vaccinated! Plenty of space and things to do at the house!! Would definitely go back! If you do take a large group would recommend bringing some extra toilet paper as only a few rolls provided per bathroom which does go quick with more people. Thanks for a really great stay!

Wonderful Home for a Large Group or Family

We have now stayed here twice and absolutely loved it. The home is huge with lots of room for our extended family reunion and great amenities to entertain kids and adults. Jacqui is wonderful and makes things very easy. This is the only place we want to stay for our annual visits from now on!

Football Weekend

This house and location was perfectly suited for a Notre Dame event. We hosted a small dinner for my Daughter and her roommates and the kitchen was well stocked with adequate cooking supplies, spices and equipment. We would definitely consider renting again.

Corporate Stay

The house was great for corporate entertaining during the Senior Open. The layout of the home allowed guests to sit inside and outside along with adequate parking for everyone. It was a quick walk to the Warren Course too! Our caterers loved this house because the kitchen was up to date and they could cook everything onsite to be fresh!

Perfect rental house for our family!

We rented this home for our family while we were in South Bend for my nephew’s wedding in July. It was perfect for our extended family of 12. This is a beautiful new home that is furnished very nicely and stocked with everything we needed! It is a large home with plenty of bedrooms and loads of room both inside and outside to spread out. We all loved the movie room - perfect spot for the family to relax between events. The location is very central and made it easy to get to all of our events. One of the best aspects of renting this home was working with the owner. Everything was easy and professional! We very highly recommend renting this home for your South Bend stays!

The Perfect Rental Property

We rented this home as a gathering place for family and friends who were attending our son's wedding at the Basilica. This house is new and you can tell there was much thought put into the construction and detail of the home as well as the furnishings. It can accommodate large groups. It is located very close to the campus and it is an easy walk. The owners are delightful and actively involved in the oversight of the property, which makes the rental experience that much better. Based on my experience of renting properties in South Bend in the past, I honestly feel that this is the best rental property available in South Bend. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in South Bend, don't hesitate, rent this property! You won't be disappointed. Thanks for allowing me to write a review. Pat Murphy

90th Birthday Celebration

We rented this beautiful home for my mother's 90th birthday party. This is the best home we have ever rented. It was well stocked in the kitchen with any kind of serving pieces needed. The outdoor deck was just beautiful with a covered area that all could gather. Gas grill was perfect for grilling brats and burgers. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Jacqui, thank you for sharing your beautiful home for this special occasion. We had a fantastic time.

Exceptional Home for Large Families and ND Events

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations; it was a beautiful spacious home with rooms for all of our guests. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and their house was well-stocked with linens and towels for our stay. The main space of the home was a wonderful spot to gather with extended family and friends with room for people to visit without feeling crowded. The property was located across the street from campus, allowing for easy access to the University on graduation weekend when the roads to campus were backed up with other visitors. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this home and would recommend to anyone inquiring about rental properties near campus.

Owners are double domers with 3 children who all attended Notre Dame that love to entertain and share time with family and friends. This custom home was designed for that purpose with large gathering spaces, 1/2 acre lot and large patio for plenty of outdoor entertaining.
