Cette maison spacieuse est le cadre idéal pour votre journée de jeu ou votre week-end de remise des diplômes, offrant beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille ou un groupe de fans. Été 2015 complètement refait avec tout mis à jour; plancher de bois franc partout, nouvelles salles de bains avec de belles tuiles, magnifique vestiaire fonctionnel qui entre dans la cuisine moderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une immense île pour se rassembler. Il y a 4 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bain avec concept à aire ouverte cuisine / salle à manger / salle familiale qui donne sur un beau patio avec vue sur la nature à son meilleur. Un grand salon avec une deuxième cheminée au rez-de-chaussée permet de se rassembler pour jouer aux cartes / jeux de société ou tout simplement se calmer. Une expérience de week-end sans pareil car il se trouve sur 1,5 acres avec une crique. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après vos activités quotidiennes. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour courir, lancer un ballon de football ou profiter d'un feu en soirée à l'extérieur! 30 minutes de marche à travers le campus jusqu'aux portes du stade! (ou 8 minutes à pied de la navette White Lot qui transporte la bibliothèque à 5 minutes à pied des portes du stade). Idéal pour les familles avec berceau disponible et tout article bébé nécessaire sur demande. Dort confortablement 8 avec la capacité de dormir 4 autres si demande matelas pneumatique. 1 lit king et 3 lits queen dans leurs propres chambres. Pas plus de 20 personnes à / dans la maison à la fois s'il vous plaît. Tous les draps fournis ainsi que les nécessités de la cuisine.

Great place to stay

Mandy and Nate are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Property was fully equipped and very close to campus. We love staying here!

Excellent home for an ND football weekend

We had a wonderful time at Nate and Mandy’s place. It was very clean, looked as expected in the listing, and plenty of space for our entire group. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and the hosts were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay (beds, towels, tailgate equipment, permits to get back to the house post-game). Definitely hope to stay here again, thank you for having us!

A group of 8 spent the weekend here for a Notre Dame football game. Mandy and Nate were terrific hosts and communicated well with us throughout our stay. This home is very close to the ND campus—ideal for those in town to watch a game. Our group had plenty of room to socialize, grill, and relax while there. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Great house for a wedding weekend.

Fabulous property! This home is walking distance to campus and has every amenity you could want for a fun day of tailgating! Tons of space for your entire crew and a park like backyard to enjoy burgers on the grill! Homeowners are very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

ND/OSU football weekend

Great property for ND football weekend. We were in town for the ND/Ohio State game. This property is perfect for groups that have children/teens. Great backyard with plenty of room to play. We will certainly stay here again on a ND football weekend!

Perfection location and responsive owners!

This home is perfectly located within walking distance to Notre Dame campus! They have supplied everything you need for an awesome campus tailgate! The home is beautiful with plenty of room for your entire crew! The outside area is spacious and perfect for enjoying a barbecue on the back patio overlooking a beautiful creek! You won’t be sorry for choosing this rental!

Perfect house for all things Notre Dame

We love this house and the owners. We are now heading back for our fifth stay and can't wait. The house is very comfortable and perfect for any ND event. The owners could not be more accommodating and super helpful. We look forward to many years of Irish football and stays at their home!!!

Amazing ND football weekend

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our group of adults, and Nate and Mandy were thoughtful, generous, and lovely hosts! We loved hanging out in the backyard and cooking out on the patio. I wouldn’t change a thing and I definitely hope to be back for another epic ND football weekend soon!

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We had a great time celebrating our 2020 ND graduate a couple years late! Mandy and Nate were so accommodating when planning our trip. The property is beautiful and scenic. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this house to friends.

Beautiful home close to ND

Our group of 10 stayed here for the Navy game last weekend and we could not have had a better stay. Communication with Nate was quick & easy and the home is clean & beautiful. Upon arrival we were welcomed with specialty ND cookies (nice touch!) Very spacious and perfect for family & friends to gather We didn't have time to use the fire pit out back, but hopefully next time. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect Notre Dame Stay

I can not say enough about the hospitality offered and provided by this renter. The location was very convenient for activities on campus and at the house with our ND sophomore and his friends. The tailgate supplies that were offered; tent, coolers, chairs, etc... were great and fully enjoyed on game day. The house is very comfortable and inviting for any gathering. It was very clean and nicely appointed with fresh new linens in all rooms, water bottles in the fridge, and a wonderful information binder about the house and the South Bend area. I highly recommend this home for your ND stay!!

Perfect home for a Notre Dame Football weekend

We were a group of eleven, including a baby. The house layout was great with lots of common space and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and Mandy paid attention to every detail. She even provided two pack snd plays, high chairs snd even toys for the baby. The big screen TVs were great with YouTube TV, Apple TV and other apps. I really can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect. We will be back!!

Don't Rent like a Champion, rent from Mandy

We had a great time for the ND/Texas game. Everything was as described. We took advantage of the tailgating equipment, parking passes, and extra tickets. The house was close and a fun place to hang out prior to the game. We even went to campus early, back to the house, then back to campus for the game. All of the home improvements were great. We had 2 families with kids ages 13-5. After some of our group left game early, we took the shuttle and walked from White field without a problem. Would recommend to anyone who would like more space than a hotel would have to offer and we will be back. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions including while we were there.

Wonderful Family Place

We were here for a sisters weekend with a cookout on Saturday afternoon for the rest of the family who wanted to make the drive. So, Dad, all siblings (sans youngest brother) and some nephews and mates made for a great time!! We loved the setup. We all sat outside (very comfy patio seating) until dinner was grilled, when we all moved indoors to feast and eat. I should've take a picture of the huge island that held the food, it was an assembly line. Then we ALL sat down at 1 table and ate and talked for a couple hours, with some additional late arrivals. Then, all us girls had our own rooms, and there was a living room, den and the patio and yard with more spaces to retreat. Which we did as well for some personal time. I took the dog for a walk down the lovely street. Love the houses, beautiful!!

Perfect for our group

We came to South Bend for a wedding and stayed at Nate and Mandy’s home. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults. They were prompt and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Their house was the perfect place to catch up with family and friends as we went back and forth for the wedding activities in and around Notre Dame campus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their home for anyone else.

Great hosts!

Mandy and Nate were the best! From gourmet cupcakes to a fully stocked beer fridge, they made our stay very special. Due to a huge storm we lost power and they were very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely recommend staying here for your ND weekend.

Highly recommend this place for groups or families!

We had a group of 4 couples come in for a wedding. The property was amazing and we really enjoyed staying. The house, bedrooms, family room and kitchen were really great and the backyard was this amazing bonus where we could hang out, grill and toss a football around. The owner was great about communicating beforehand and emailed us during our stay to make sure we had no issues. All in all, everyone was very happy with the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, clean home- great for game day- owners thought of everything!

If you are heading to Notre Dame for a big game- this is the place to stay!! Plenty of space, clean bedrooms, wonderful kitchen, great backyard area to socialize. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a great time- including stocking the fridge with our shopping list before we arrived to having step-by-step instructions as far as game day logistics, parking, tailgating etc. You could walk but it was a super easy Lyft ride to campus. Great stay for our party of ten ranging in ages from 79 to 10 y.o. Thank you! Go Irish!!

The perfect house for a groups of friends with toddlers!

We had a group of 9 adults and 5 toddlers for a game weekend. This house was setup perfectly and met all of our needs. The pictures do not do justice. Mandy and Nate were beyond amazing in thinking of every possible need 4 families could have (entire house was toddler proof). Without a doubt, we will stay at their home again when we come back to ND for a game weekend! Thank you so much Mandy and Nate for making our cross country, 3 day, chaotic trip trip with toddlers, enjoyable!

Parents of 2 boys (busy 10 yo and 8 yo) and 2 golden retrievers. Want to provide the ND fan with an amazing experience in a place that feels like home. This rental is our FAMILY home.

The property itself is amazing. Large backyard with shallow flowing Juday Creek running through the middle of property that will allow our children a great place to explore and learn all about nature. It's a unique open layout that maximizes the scenery with the large ample windows. Location to ND is ideal for both walking, running and driving.
