This house is lovely, so close to Notre Dame and perfect for a larger family! We spent a long weekend visiting our students at Notre Dame for Easter weekend and everything about this house was great. The patio and side yard were perfect for corn hole and wiffle ball and the front porch is a bonus! The house is spotless with comfortable beds and bedding. This is definitely walkable if you are looking for a ND football weekend.
The house was bright and spotless. It had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen is roomy and well stocked.
We absolutely loved this home!!!! Itâs so charming yet contemporary. Itâs so well maintained I assumed we were one of her first guests. We were provided with all the amenities needed and so much more. We canât wait to return !
This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering spot. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen graciously accommodated many folks gathered around and chatting, and the dining room easily held 10. (Four of us stayed and other relatives to join for meals and hanging out.)
We hope to stay here again!
Fabulous property! Nanette was a pleasure to work with. We booked her house a year in advance and proceeded to answer all my questions all year long. I cannot say enough about how perfect the property is for a group and how close it was to ND stadium. Being able to walk there was HUGE! Thank you again!
This is a fabulous house! Great kitchen, dining for 10, great location and easily accommodates 8. Just one little problem...the house had an "odor". Some said it was like sewer problems, some said Men's Locker Room. It was consistently faint, but always there. Property Manager checked for gas leaks and brought over air freshener plug-ins. Service was much appreciated.
Our family stayed at this property when we moved our son to Notre Dame to begin his freshman year. The home is beautiful and is easily walkable to Trader Joes, Eddy Street Commons and campus. Loved the layout, style and decor of the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again!
Have stayed at this fabulous home several times now. Everything about this place and my experience with the property owner is Superb. Itâs our home away from home when visiting ND.
Nanette is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the home is beautiful, well equipped and just a short walk to Edy Street Commons and campus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful game weekend in South Bend. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and plenty of room for a Friday night chili party with the kids. We hope to be back in the spring.
Place was better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook/bake with! Bedrooms large and place was impeccably clean. Very spacious kitchen w patio and grill right off it for ease of use. Kitchen island was very large and welcomed as we are a hang out in the kitchen family. Had a bit of difficulty with the alarm box key when we got there - the host emailed me immediately remedying the situation - was not an issue at all which at first we were concerned if she would get back to us. Will for sure stay there again on our next trip to ND! âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž
We wanted a clean, updated, well appointed house close to the University with quick access for campus events and that is exactly what the house is. Nanette and team were very communicative and the house had everything we needed (my 8 year old described it as âbuilt for usâ). We were also pleasantly surprised by the park across the street. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.
Great location, easy walking distance to ND, Trader Joe's Eddy Street Commons. House was extremely tidy, all the amenities, pictures exactly as shown. Will stay there again.
We're from California but have been Notre Dame fans ever since a high school friend went there to play football. Our children grew up loving The Fighting Irish as well, and our oldest daughter attended Notre Dame and graduated in 2013.
We wanted something close to the University, and something we could remodel. We ended up taking an old house down to the studs and rebuilding, mostly sticking with the original floor plan.
