Beautiful, clean, and prime location. It's an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and the OSU campus. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again.

Just the best stay possible: Great place, all the amenities needed for a home stay, the kitchen was so functional, Very comfortable bed, in a great central location, fruit and veggies from the garden (and flowers!) and the absolute most welcoming and best hosts... We wished we had more days to stay. 10/10

Such a lovely spot!

This is such a great place! And so convenient to the river and OSU. I wish we had more time to enjoy our coffee in the beautiful garden. It is so lovely and I would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect place while visiting my daughter for mom’s weekend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. The gardens are amazing and the rental is adorable and cozy and so well appointed for all of our needs. Walk to downtown and to campus. Perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Favorite Place to Stay

This was our 2nd time stay here and we just love it. My daughter goes to OSU and it the perfect location. The garden is beautiful and the house is light and makes you feel good as soon as you drive in. It has everything you need for your stay. We highly Recommend.

Beautiful Property and Amazing Host

The garden guesthouse was the perfect home away from home for us when we moved our daughter in at OSU. The location was perfect! We got to enjoy the pears and apples from the garden as well. Beverly is a gracious and friendly host. We felt right at home.

Great Location In Corvallis especially for Game Day

We had a great time at the property to was stunning and beautiful and quiet! Having a gated area was nice especially with our kids who are 4 and 1 years of age. It was lovely at night too! With the lights in the trees and still some apples which were delicious! We will Definitely come back!

Even better than expected

The photos on VRBO look “staged”, but when you get there, it’s even more pristine than pictured. The rooms were spotless and all the convenience items were present plus extras. (A Britta water filter pitcher, for instance.) Location wise, we parked our minivan in the courtyard, then walked to the left for dining and shopping downtown and to the right to my son’s office mid-campus. We hope to stay here again and again when making the trek from PA to visit OSU.

Very Hospitable Owner

After the FAA grounding of flights, there were delays with my initial flight that caused me to have to take a much later connecting flight. I did not arrive at the rental until after midnight but the owner stayed up and waited for me to arrive. I cannot thank her enough for being so accommodating and communicating with me that day. It gave me one less thing to stress about after a very long travel day. The rental was very clean, and had everything I needed for a great vacation. Thanks again Beverly!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is consistently clean and comfortable. We love the onsite parking, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Our host Beverly is very prompt at returning our questions. Access to downtown Corvallis couldn’t be better.

Beautiful property, impeccably maintained and outfitted. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and bars and shops in Corvallis' cute downtown. Close to OSU also. Host is wonderful. Our second stay here, but definitely will not be our last. We love it.

Great place in the middle of town so you can bike to pretty much everything. Beautiful landscaping to wander around in, and we had several meals sitting down in the garden.Apartment was well stocked with everything.
