A beautiful Beachside family home positioned 80 metres from a wonderful surf and dog friendly beach in Warana/Buddina.
This luxury home is spread over two levels and is ideal for your family vacation. With an emphasis on carefree coastal living and effortless entertaining, the indoors seamlessly integrate with the outdoors where you have a selection of two stunning alfresco zones.
A huge sparkling inground pool is one of the focal points of this designer home.
The open plan downstairs has a stunning central designer kitchen with butlerâs pantry and equipped with dishwasher, induction cooktop, large oven, microwave and fridge/freezer with water and ice.
There is a comfortable lounge area with TV and full sliding doors which open up on to an alfresco area overlooking the pool. Ideal for evening sundowners and table seating for 8.
The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 8 with full sliding doors leading into another large alfresco area. This area has a dining table for 8 people, a lounge area and an outdoor drinks fridge and Weber BBQ. The garden area is surround by trees and there is an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. There is a stunning downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet.
The downstairs has ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the lounge room.
Upstairs, the airconditioned Master suite takes full advantage of the north east aspect and has a queen size bed. The ensuite features stunning Italian Marble, floor to ceiling tiles, twin sink, rain shower and a huge walk-in robe. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs all with built in robes and ceiling fans. These bedrooms have access to a designer bathroom with rain shower and bath. There is an additional airconditioned lounge area with louvre windows to allow the sea breeze to cool the house.
The oversized garage provides garaging for one oversized car and one compact car with additional storage area and a bike rack for 5 bikes, surfboard storage and SUP storage. There is a laundry area in the garage with top loader washing machine and tumble drier.
Automated gates offer privacy, security and allow for additional off-street parking.
The location is prime, just metres to the beach and patrolled swimming area in front of the Kawana Surf Club. The Kawana shopping centre is approx. 700m and within easy walking distance to the Event cinema and numerous restaurants and shops. Mooloolaba is cycling distance or a 10 min drive away and there is easy access to the motorway to explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
This house is ideal for beach lovers who want to be in walking distance of uncrowded beach breaks. The house is situated on the coastal beach that runs from Moffat Beach north to Point Cartwright.
