There are three additional bedrooms upstairs all with built in robes and ceiling fans. These bedrooms have access to a designer bathroom with rain shower and bath. There is an additional airconditioned lounge area with louvre windows to allow the sea breeze to cool the house.

The location is prime, just metres to the beach and patrolled swimming area in front of the Kawana Surf Club. The Kawana shopping centre is approx. 700m and within easy walking distance to the Event cinema and numerous restaurants and shops. Mooloolaba is cycling distance or a 10 min drive away and there is easy access to the motorway to explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
This house is ideal for beach lovers who want to be in walking distance of uncrowded beach breaks. The house is situated on the coastal beach that runs from Moffat Beach north to Point Cartwright.

A well-trained dog can be accommodated with prior arrangement. No smoking is permitted in the house. Linen is supplied for all beds but there are no towels or beach towels provided.
