The Space:
Set within a relaxed coastal complex with direct beach access, this comfortable stay offers spacious beachside convenience. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and breezy, with large windows and sliding doors leading to a wrap-around deck that overlooks the adjacent park. Relax in the air-conditioned lounge or enjoy indoor-outdoor living with seamless flow to alfresco dining on the deck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and fridge/freezer, making home-cooked meals a breeze. Tea, coffee, and pantry basics are provided for your convenience.

Each bedroom is comfortably appointed with ceiling fans and quality linens. The main bedroom features a queen bed, air-conditioning, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, while the third has two single beds—ideal for kids or friends sharing. The main bathroom and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer make longer stays easy.

Unwind in the complex’s shared spaces, including beautifully maintained gardens, make use of the BBQ area, or take a dip in the heated pool. A secure car space and elevator access make arrival and departure effortless.

Guest Access:
Great security. Access automatic garage door with key, use same key for secured elevator access to level 1, Use same key to enter unit. Use same key to access the main building front door and security door at top of stairs, if taking the stairs.

A five-minute walk takes you to Kawana Shoppingworld with cinemas, cafés, and major retailers. The nearby surf club is perfect for casual dining by the ocean, while Point Cartwright walking trails offer stunning coastal views.

Getting Around:
1. Car rental (if not travelling with your own vehicle)
Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Buddina and its surrounding areas. With plenty of parking available, you can easily access local attractions, beaches, and nearby towns at your own pace.

2. Public Transport
Sunbus operates regular bus services throughout Buddina and the Sunshine Coast. The nearest bus stops are within walking distance, providing easy access to Kawana Shoppingworld, Mooloolaba, and other key destinations.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
