The Space:

Embrace breezy Sunshine Coast living in this spacious two-level home, thoughtfully arranged for families and friends to enjoy time together while having room to unwind.



Upstairs, soaring ceilings and natural light bring an airy coastal feel to the open-plan living area, where two inviting lounges with smart TVs offer plenty of room for family movie nights or quiet moments with a favourite show. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, with generous bench space and everything needed for home cooking, including a coffee machine for your morning brew. Share stories over meals around the spacious dining table, or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, where a cosy lounge setting invites afternoon drinks and easy conversation.



Downstairs offers a welcoming second living area, perfect for movie nights or giving everyone their own space to unwind, with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and air conditioning. A compact kitchen makes snacks and light meals easy, complete with a fridge, portable electric stove, kettle, toaster and microwave. Outside, the grassy backyard sets the scene for playful afternoons, from friendly basketball competitions to games on the lawn with the kids and family dog.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe cupboard.



Bathroom 2: The modern main bathroom upstairs offers a shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 3: Features a double bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.



Downstairs:

Bedroom 4: A lovely bedroom next to the downstairs bathroom, with a queen bed, wardrobe cupboard, and air-conditioning.



Bathroom 3: The downstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.



Bedroom 5: Includes two single beds, perfect for friends or kids.



Bedroom 6: Designed with families in mind, this room features a bunk bed (double below, single above), plus a desk and chair for those who need to study or work from home.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including parking for two cars in the carport with a garage door. There is also space to park one car on the driveway, plus free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Park your car and explore the area on foot! Just 500m away, you’ll find Moffat Beach’s lively main street with its restaurants, cafes, and playground, while Shelly Beach and endless coastal walking tracks are only 400m from your door. There’s really no need to drive! If you’d like a patrolled beach, Kings Beach is only a 3-minute drive away, perfect for a beach walk, swim, or paddle board, with the bonus of a surf club, cafes, a playground, and even a beach pool.

- Maroochydore Airport is a 30-minute drive

- Brisbane airport and CBD are a 60-90 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive

- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 20-minute drive

- Sunshine Coast University Hospital is a 15-minute drive

- Mooloolaba Beach, Wharf & Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 25-minute drive

A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or 50 minutes to Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 200m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs - Max 2 upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
