This house was great for us (me, my wife, our two-year-old twins). The ocean views are outstanding. We loved having outdoor space. House was well appointed. Beaches nearby were easy to get to via car and not crowded at all.

Eagles nesting and privacy

Very nice place perfect view, eagles nesting down the way, house is updated with awesome mirrors and showers also back windows looking over Pacific are the best.i would stay here again for sure.

The house is on a cliff in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after the hustle of sightseeing all day. A bald eagle visited the tree next door daily and overall just a great stay.

Weekend Retreat

We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at this home. It was clean and well appointed. The views were out of this world! We really enjoyed watching a bald eagle fish in the water and fly overhead.

This was an exceptional experience. Astounding views of the ocean, wonderful beach walking, private and quiet. I didn't want to leave.

Ocean View is WOW

Great location, perfect for a weekend getaway. The house and appliances were very clean. The view of the ocean from the deck is fantastic. However, there is no beach access from the house.

Ocean View

Huge windows with a view of the ocean from almost every room. Small house but very cozy. The only thing missing is beach access since the home is on a bluff.

Beautiful Views and Awesome, Updated Accomodation

The views were amazing! The property has been remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen had everything we needed. We walked to the beach every morning and evening. We enjoying walking, so not an issue for us. There are couple different routes to the beach, but none are from the property, so just research which route works best for you. Or it’s about a two minute drive. The property manger is awesome.

Pictures don't lie...heaven on earth.

Most beautiful view of the ocean from this beautiful two-bedroom rental. Nicely landscaped and appointed for all your kitchen and other needs. Although this place is absolutely beautiful, and I would stay here again, I was surprised the neighboring houses and yards were in disrepair...one house only eight feet from the rental; however once inside, you don't notice anything but the gorgeous view of the pacific and the beautiful cozy rental with very comfortable beds. No issues with the neighbors though...they were very nice.

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Only frustration was inability to close the shades in later part of the day to shield ourselves from the sun. Could also use a food trap for the kitchen sink. Called Meridith to ask how to closes shades but no help. But home, property, and view were all first rate and we really enjoyed our stay. Would rate at least 4.5 out of 5.

Beautiful House not renter friendly! The TV in the main living area Never worked our entire stay, which was a bummer because we had our 86 year old mom with us and she loves TV. There is no instruction on how to close blinds, work the wood stove, or how to find access to the beach. We had to drive to get beach access. There was no dishwashing detergent, no hand soap, no foil/zip lock bags. and the furniture on the deck is in bad shape and VERY uncomfortable. I do not recommend this house and I would never go back!

Comfortable, stunning space and views

We selected this property for the oceanfront view and boy did it deliver this and more. The rooms were perfectly laid for our family - my sister stayed in the first front bedroom while my partner and I took the king bed with adjoining bathroom to the room with two doubles where our kids stayed. The entire space is beautifully decorated, was easy to childproof for kids ages 3-5, and it’s modern and quite cozy. The master bathroom felt luxurious. The entire house was very clean, and the kitchen boasts all the accessories one may need.The walk to the beach isn’t bad - just monitor the tide schedules. We could not figure out the heater in the living room, although we didn’t need really need it since the other heaters kept the space warm.Excited to recommend this space to others and hopefully return ourselves!

Updated Beauty Inside And Out

Pacific House is a stunner, immaculate, newly renovated, with a perfect oceanfront ambiance to enjoy from two deck areas. The house is spacious , well appointed and generously stocked and has comfortable beds and beachy , cozy furnishings more than ample for six guests, though we were only two. The house is perfectly located, just a few minutes drive to the beach, and a short distance to charming old Newport and the view of the ocean and sunsets from its deck are to die for. For those who must have privacy, the neighbor's house and deck are very close on one side of the property. This didn't bother us as the neighbors were not home during our stay. When we visit again, and we will often, we will certainly reserve Pacific House. We only wish it was dog friendly, because on those occasions when we chose to bring our dog with us, we will have to reserve a different accommodation.

Beautiful ocean views & sounds

I had a lovely time at this cozy home away from home. It was the perfect location for exploring the coast, north and south. It has the best views and hearing the ocean even with everything closed up was magical. Bonus American eagle nesting in tree about 10 feet from the driveway. Only about 3-5 min drive in either direction to beach access including Seal Rock with was my favorite spot to explore during low tide (starfish, sea anemones, shrimp, birds, etc). Great for working remotely also, though had to reset the Wifi daily which was no big deal. I feel very grateful and thankful!!! House could however use a spring deep clean and good power washing of lower deck before including table/chairs. There were lots of mouse droppings in the living room along the perimeter (thankfully vacuum was accessible). The lower deck is also VERY slippery when wet, and table/chairs were unusable due to mold/moss.
