Fabulous luxury suite in a central Sydney location

Luxury accommodation in a central Sydney location which allows for easy access to the city and surrounds. Jeff and Todd are great hosts, and have thought of everything, providing a fully stocked pantry and fridge for breakfast and lunch.

Absolutely amazing!

Perfect accommodation in every way! Great location, wonderful hosts, comfortable bed and every amenity you could wish for! Would and will stay here again and would recommend highly to anyone looking for a residential experience in one of the most desirable areas of Sydney. Can’t say enough good things about our stay! A terrific place to stay

Everything about the place is wonderful. Gracious hosts, great communication, ideal location in Paddington. Well stocked with fresh fruits, cheese, coffee, tea, bread and other treats. Walkable to everywhere in Sydney and also a quick walk to metro. Lots of fabulous restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Comfortable bed and pillows with great sheets. We have stayed here before and will again. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect accommodation for the two us. Location was excellent for walking to bars ,restaurant's and stores. Jeff and Todd had all the necessary breakfast and munchies in stock. Well thought out with everything you might need. Designed for short term and long term travelers. Very comfortable and private.

Hidden Gem

Located in the Paddington area close to shops, public transport and Rushcutters Bay it is in a great spot. The studio was very clean and had everything you needed. Jeff is an amazing host and went above and beyond expectations when it comes to providing complimentary items such as bread, eggs and juice (oh and chocolates!). Made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely staying here again.

Weekend Getaway

Jeff and Todd are the ultimate hosts. Generous and thoughtful, with every little detail catered for, including a stocked fridge and pantry. Early Christmas Visit

We’ve returned to stay at Jeff and Todd’s amazing apartment, it’s a wonderful choice if you’re looking for quality accommodation close to Sydney CBD. The well stocked fridge and pantry and thoughtful special treats were very appreciated and delicious. Luxe Exec Suite was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and there was everything you could possibly need. Communication with our hosts was easy, friendly and very prompt. We highly recommend Luxe Exec Suite, you won’t be disappointed.

Look No Further -- Book This Paddington Retreat

If you are looking for privacy and comfort, book this Luxe Executive Suite. It is conveniently located near restaurants and public transport in a leafy, quiet, eminently walkable Paddington neighborhood. The apartment is immaculate and matches exactly its photos and description. Jeff and Todd were more than generous, welcoming us with a refrigerator stuffed with our choice of fresh food and drinks, topped off with a wickedly tempting array of snacks and treats. Wifi is fast and reliable; TV includes Netflix and an expansive offering of channels. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning is virtually silent and exceedingly easy to adjust to personal comfort. Nothing needs to be changed or improved. If we return to Sydney, we will enthusiastically stay here again.

Quiet, clean, cozy with exceptional hosts

The apartment is exceptionally clean and cozy with some good modern touches e.g the modern lighting system. Well appointed with a good selection of food and snacks which was over and above what was expected. Apartment is in a quiet location about 10 mins walk to bus stops. Walk into Sydney e.g circular Quay is about 35-40 mins. Some nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a sweet cafe opposite. Communication with the hosts was exceptional who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was as good as possible. Jeff emailed me a few weeks prior to arrival to enquire about our food tastes....what type of milk, youghurt, cereals, bread etc we liked for breakfast. There were also snacks, chocolates, drinks and store cupboard staples which is far more extensive than in any we have stayed in before. Jeff also wanted to know what we wanted to get out of our visit and prior to our arrival sent us a lot of information, walking maps, routes etc. It is clear that a lot of work goes into providing a fabulous guest experience. In fact when Jeff and Todd met us I mentioned to Jeff that I liked Cemeteries and the next morning i had an email suggesting a walk around the Bondi to Coogee which included info about some cemeteries. Jeff also provides 2 Opal cards to use in the public transport systems and only asked that we topped them up for the next guests. Sydney transport system is amazing, clean, regular and cheap. SIM cards are also there although we didn't use those. Overall a lovely apartment but the true stars of our stay were Jeff and Todd.

Wonderful Experience!

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with lots of helpful advice, highly engaged but also very discreet. Delightful accommodations with lots of lovely local treats. There was an excellent range of information re local attractions and walking maps, restaurant recommendations etc., which were based on personal experience and we found their suggestions to be spot on. It's a great neighborhood, very safe and quiet, within easy walking distance to transit hubs, shops and delightful parks, plus the very nifty Paddington Market. Excellent all round! We would most definitely stay again.

Wow Wow Wow just perfect in every way

My husband and i loved this terrace home for our getaway. All communication was clear and easy, the location was superb, the property itself spotlessly clean, the amenities exceeded our expectation, the extras.... were a delightful surprise, the bed ...beautiful, the full size towels decadent. Nothing had been overlook. I could not recommend this home any more if we tried. Jeff and Todd couldnt do enough for us. If you are a fussy traveller this even ticks the boxes.
