Property was as described and communication with manager was prompt, complete and helpful. Apartment was well appointed, quiet, good AC and appliances, comfortable bed, nicely furnished.. Only challenge related to check in because you have to pick up the key from a location about 3 mi away from the property, which was a little challenging for an international traveler carrying luggage without having a car. However, that was only a brief inconvenience, overshadowed by the quality of the experience overall.
This apartment was super clean, stylishly presented and a great size for a couple. The instructions and information we were given prior to our arrival was really detailed and clear.
We were there in extreme heat, so we were incredibly grateful for the two A/C units in the apartment. The kitchen was really well appointed with basic provisions and cooking utensils and we appreciated the welcome touches.
It's walking proximity to Paddington shops and public transport is fabulous.
The only downside is the key pick-up process in Bondi. We arrived into Sydney in peak hour traffic and essentially drove past the apartment to Bondi in heavy traffic both ways. It added almost an hour to our journey. It would be fabulous if there was somewhere closer to obtain the keys :)

I don't like to submit a review with all negative comments, so I'll start with the positive about this apartment: it was a good sized space to relax in after a long, busy day, and the he ease of walking to restaurants and the bus were great.
Now for the issues we had: first and foremost was getting the keys on arrival. In my first emails with the management company I was told there was a lockbox at the apartment, only to be told in subsequent emails that we had to pick them up in BONDI. This is unacceptable, especially for people arriving late and having to taxi to an area a few miles away. Not only was it inconvenient, it was costly. No where in the original listing does it even mention about the keys. Only after I had booked, and it is was not refundable,was I told about this. We would have been happy to pay someone to meet us at the apartment rather than have to go and get the keys. After this fiasco, all the other are really just listing misrepresentations : there was 1 extra roll of toilet paper (not enough for a weeks stay for 2ppl), no paper towels, no beach chairs anywhere, and the 'gym' is a tiny, dingy room in the basement with old equipment. Lastly, this apartment is noisy, even with all the windows shut. It is facing a busy road that has traffic at all hours. We never sat outside as we wouldn't be able to relax.
This apartment is in lovely Paddington, with amazing Victorian terraced homes on quiet streets, but this isn't one of them.
Apartment was well situated and spacious .
Very clean and well equipped.
Only problem was check in - having to go to Bondi for keys, which were not labelled so had to phone emergency help line to find out which ones to take. Cost us an extra $35 in taxi fares to get the keys
We loved everything about our one-month stay in this property. The listing is spot-on, and the apartment is as lovely as it appears on-line. The location is superb, directly across from Allianz Stadium. Just a quick walk to Oxford Street with everything you could want just blocks away. It is so easy to get to Bondi Beach OR Circular Quay, and we found Surrey Hills to be charming and very close too. Truly wonderful!
I had a very pleasant 2+ week stay at this comfortable, well appointed and quiet apartment near Oxford St. with good transportation options. Itâs in a modern and well-maintained complex built up against the heritage Victoria Barracks. âšâšThe pool was great to return to after a hot day along with sitting on the apartmentâs balcony.
One of the features I very much liked about the apartment is its brightness because it has large windows facing the treed street. A photo facing that window to show the light would be good but maybe the view of the large Allianz Stadium in the distance would deter some people. It wasn't at all a problem for me and neither was the street traffic which I hardly noticed.
Please be aware that the keys for the apartment have to be picked up from a lock box in an office in Bondi Beach, about 6 km away.
Great location to enjoy all areas of Sydney. The apartment was very comfortable with all the needed amenities and quickly felt like home. There wasnât a collinder/sieve but I bought one and left it behind for others to use.
Would happily stay again, and recommend it to others.
The apartment was beautifully fitted with excellent furniture and equipment in a wonderful position close to SCG. The only problem we had was the noise from the traffic on Moor Park Road. Its a pity the windows were not more noise proof. Other than that we had a great stay and would highly recommend.
