My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. We loved that it was so close to everything, with walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and of course the beach . Our rooms were clean and very comfy. We'd definitely stay here again

Loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Check in process was easy and it was a great location. The construction in the car park made it a bit difficult but overall it was a great stay. Would stay here again!

The stunning view from this property really is incredible. Just the right size for my sister and myself, plus it was spotlessly clean , very comfortable and in a perfect position . The only difficulty was that we really struggled with the induction cooktop! An instruction manual would be helpful.

Breathtaking views, impeccably clean and great location

This property was simply spectacular. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The location was in walking distance of beach, supermarkets, public transport, Cavill Ave and much, much more. It was so clean and tidy, well appointed with everything from iron, hairdryer, platters and cooking equipment. We loved every single thing to do with this property. Thanks so much for having us. Great location, dated unit

This unit is in a very good location across from the beach and within walking distance of a number of good choices for meals. It’s also in close proximity to the other beach towns that make up the Gold Coast. We found the unit a bit spare and dated, but probably in keeping with the relative nightly rates. Certainly not on the luxury side of things. One troubling thing was the presence of mold and / or mildew showing in the AC units as well as in the showers. Cleanliness issue for sure. There was also a lot of dust collected in the ceiling vents.

The view!

The view gets 5 stars. It takes your breath away the moment you walk in the apartment. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the waves and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The location is perfect. A few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The building itself is quite old, and the apartment is rather dated, with tired furnishings/decor. It very much reminded me of my grandmother’s apartment in her retirement community in Florida. That said, the place was a good deal for the price and location. My only gripe is this: it seems very odd to NOT provide beach/pool towels, for a property located right on the beach, with a very nice pool just downstairs. What are travelers supposed to do, pack a beach towel in their luggage? It would be very cheap and easy for the owners to provide a couple of beach towels, and the guests would appreciate it very much.

We have manage many apartments which some of them are really new and just renovated. We are the team from Gold Coast Holiday Stays! Belinda has lived on the Gold Coast for the past 30 years and has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years. She has joined our family Real Estate business and manage holiday properties on behalf of owners. We only have quality apartments under our umbrella and pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.

Test your fitness and enjoy a hit of tennis on the full or half size tennis courts or simply do some workout in our gym.

In the evening, enjoy a meal at Fables Restaurant, a favourite with Surfers Paradise locals for decades or choose from plenty of dining and entertainment options just 600 metres away.

Gold Coast Holiday Stays (GCHS) is a division of Raine & Horne Surfers Paradise, and is managed by Belinda and her team.

We have been providing quality accommodation for over 6 years and love to ensure that all of our guests have memorable experiences, which keeps them returning to stay with us time and again.

Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.

If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection from our security box. Whether you are arriving in or out of office hours, guests will be required to complete a registration form as per our Terms & Conditions.
