• Drive: Free secure underground parking included. Drive Times: SeaWorld: 5 min Dreamworld/Wet’n’Wild/Movie World: 25 min Gold Coast Airport: 35 min Pacific Fair (Broadbeach): 10 min
• Bus: Frequent buses run along Gold Coast Hwy from Coolangatta to Southport.
• G:link Light Rail: Connects 19 stations from Helensvale to Broadbeach. Check G:link for details.

• We provide a digital welcome guide with all the details on accessing the apartment and the resort`s facilities.
• Sofa bed: Please note the sofa bed is only set up for guests 5-6. If needed set up can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Inn Paradise does not manage onsite facilities like the pool, sauna, or gym, and cannot control closures or maintenance schedules. Complimentary Wi-Fi disruptions are also beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for these occurrences.
• Please contact us for our Schoolies booking policy before booking over 22nd November to the 7th of December. (SCHOOL LEAVERS ONLY)
• Please bring beach towels.
LEASE TERM
The guest shall be allowed to occupy the premises from 3pm of the booking check in date and until 10am of the check-out date.
KEY COLLECTION
The person making the booking must be present at key collection via either concierge or lock box. Key collection is offsite (5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the property). Full details will be sent 30 hours prior to check-in.
OCCUPANTS
The total number of individuals staying on the premises during the lease term shall be a total of guests as per the booking. Exceeding the guest limit will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
QUIET HOURS
Please keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 8pm to 8am, including music to respect neighbours and local regulations.
NO PARTIES OR COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations, we enforce a strict NO PARTY, NO EVENT, and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTION policy. This includes hens/bucks nights, adult entertainment, or large gatherings. A breach of this rule will result in instant eviction with no refund and possible further penalties. Call-outs for non-compliance incur a minimum fee of $300.
CHILD SAFETY
Children must be supervised at all times, especially on balconies and in garden and pool areas.
CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excess mess may incur an additional cleaning fee. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
FEES AND CHARGES
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning and de-odorising fee will apply if this rule is breached.
- Lockouts incur a call-out fee of $100. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of up to $300. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the property.
- Additional bedding if required can be supplied at an additional cost
- Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees if not arranged in advance.
ID VERIFICATION
A valid photo ID must be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
EXPECTATIONS
Inn Paradise does not manage onsite facilities like the pool, sauna, or gym, and cannot control closures or maintenance schedules. Complimentary Wi-Fi disruptions are also beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for these occurrences.
Coastal Apartments do not have fly screens on the balcony doors. The presence of insects is not considered grounds for a refund or cancellation
PERSONAL INJURY & LIABILITY
The Guest acknowledges that they are staying at the property at their own risk. The Host and ABG Management PTY LTD Trading as Inn Paradise are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur to any guest or visitor while on the premises or using its facilities (including but not limited to stairs, balconies, pools, or outdoor areas). By accepting these terms, the Guest agrees to release the Host and ABG Management PTY LTD Trading as Inn Paradise from all liability and hold them harmless from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.

The amenities were excellent . Property was Perfect for our Trip. Location super convenient my only suggestion a smart tv would be useful.we loved everything Host was brilliant and the added privacy being garden level. 10/10

Adam was exceptional with communication and was very attentive to any queries I had. The apartment is nice and clean, spacious and bright, very family friendly and in a great quiet spot within the hustle and bustle of Surfers Pool is only a few metres from the front door which was ideal. Would love to stay again thank you

Accommodation really made our holiday!

This accommodation was a key part of our fantastic family holiday. Location was super central, right next to Cavill Street, beaches, trams, shopping, yet hidden away in its own oasis. Everything is as advertised. The apartment is perfectly located for everything Gold Coast has to offer and also for everything the complex has to offer especially the pools!Communication from Inn Paradise was excellent from the start including instructions for key collection and finding accommodation which at first seemed a little daunting. They are available when required, very responsive and extremely helpful.Thank you Inn Paradise team!
