Located on level 35 this beachfront sub penthouse is on a private floor with only one neighbour. It has over 150sqm of living space with both bathrooms fully renovated in 2021, and a huge walk in robe in the main bedroom. Sleeps 5. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe, brand new ensuite, balcony, and looks directly over the beach and ocean. Bedroom two has a king single bed plus a king single bunk to sleep three. Large 10 seater lounge, Samsung smart TV, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, nespresso coffee machine, heaps of storage, and granite benchtop. Huge wrap around beachfront balcony with 8 seat balcony dining table sets this sub penthouse apart from the majority of other apartments in the building. Full unobstructed beach views front living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Free high speed internet, and in an iconic building with two heated swimming pools, spa, sauna, and tennis court, and only steps from the restaurants and vibe of Surfers. The property has two underground secure carparking spaces.

Didn’t want to leave !!

The location is obviously Beautiful … but it was the communication with Simon the cleanliness and quiet that stood out . I visit my family on a regular basis from Canada and like to start off with three days at Surfers Paradise from now on this will be my go to rentalDo not hesitate to stay here it is well worth the price

An excellent stay!

A wonderful location, a wonderful view. The apartment was just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Simon was responsive to any issues we had. Overall, an excellent stay here and would stay again!

Comfortable and essential to everything

Very spacious, clean and lovely place, comfortable surroundings, beds were very comfortable decent size tv, great views. Very essential to everything that you need. Communication to hoist was fast and efficient and friendly. Wound definitely stay again.

Great location and view to get lost in

Great location and fantastic unit with stunning views over the beach. Restaurants and facilities all within walking distance making it a relaxing get away. Indoor pool and spa facilities allow you to still enjoy a dip even during winter months. BBQ area and tennis court also onsite. We'll be back

Location is spectacular.. the apartment offers everything you could want for a vacation on the Gold Coast..walking distance to Cavill yet out of the busy strip and noise.. lifeguard flags across from the building.. most importantly a big luxury apartment that is perfect for family and friends.. we will stay again.

Getaway with teenage grandchildren

We all rated this apartment a 10+. It was clean, fresh and the kitchen was well equipped for the kids to cook dinner. The view from the balcony is stunning. Simon was very helpful to us oldies :) I would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to stay there again some time in the future.

Great apartment in an older building

Fantastic apartment, has all you need, great views, good quality amenities. The building is a bit old and could do with an upgrade in the lifts and lobby area but this didn't bother us. We enjoyed using the hot spa and sauna. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go

A great place for a family holiday.

This is one of the best places where we rested. A great apartment with a cozy atmosphere and a magnificent view of the sea and the city. There is everything you need to relax. Good location, wonderful beach, lots of good cafes and restaurants around. Communication with the host was excellent, thank you Simon for your understanding and support. I would really like to come back again.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. This apartment boasts stunning views of both the city and surrounding beaches and is stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The apartment is situated in a quiet area of surfers paradise, however is in walking distance to Cavill avenue and surrounding attractions. Simon was easy to communicate with and accomodating at all moments of our stay. We had a relaxing holiday on the Gold Coast - Thanks Simon
