This apartment was perfect for our family

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and this place was perfect. The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool and is only a short walk to the beach. There is a free shuttle bus that stops out the front which takes you around the island. We loved it and would stay here again. Brian and Rebecca were very helpful and so lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this for a beautiful whitsunday holiday. It is a one bedroom apartment but it’s a decent size and there were enough beds (lounges convert to beds) for the 3 kids. There was also a cot for those who have babies.

Perfect Location for a Family Getaway!

What an incredible stay! From the beginning to the end, everything about staying at this apartment was perfect for a family getaway. Communication was easy and responsive, check-in/out process was seamless, and there was nothing to fault with the apartment. It was spotless on arrival, all the amenities that you needed were there for a family stay with kids, spacious bedroom and living areas, but the location and views is the real standout! Perfectly located with 3 pools at your doorstep, the beach across the road, and the beach pavilion (snacks bar) also just across the road making it convenient to relax and enjoy with kids without travelling a great distance. Having the island shuttle just in the lobby of the apartment complex as well was just perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It wasn’t very clean. Fridge in disrepair. No milk. Poor morning beverage option. Sun Ed’s in bad condition. Outside Table dirty and marked.

Great view Family friendly room

Our family of 5 stayed here for a quick 2 day stay on Australia day 2021. Room was clean and great for what we needed. Check in process was easy. Bus leaves right downstairs at the lobby every 15 minutes so getting around the island was a breeze. The view from the Balcony was fantastic. If you're looking for five star accomadation then there are plenty of other places available on the island for a significantly higher price. But if you want a safe, clean and much more affordable place to rest in between enjoying what the island offers then this room is for you.

Christmas staycation

The apartment is well located with the beach right in front. The free shuttle bus picks you up from the resort and comes by every 10 minutes. Communication with Rebecca was prompt and helpful.

Perfect for our family

Lovely view but VERY dated apartment

The view was beautiful, but the apartment is VERY dated and the floor filthy. The whole apartment needs a refresh. The apartment is very spacious though.

Great Views

Large but slightly dated apartment with amazing views, great hotel pool and easy access to beach. Free island shuttle leaves from front door providing a 5min ride to the tasty restaurants at the marina as well as IGA and the bottle-o. Great communication from hosts.

lovely View but very dated

This property has a great view and is well positioned to enjoy Hamilton Island. Unfortunately it is very dated and the furniture is very old .This property felt very unloved and did not inspire a holiday feel. There are hand written rules stuck up everywhere threatening extra charges if you don't following their rules eg clean kitchen before you leave or an extra charge, dont touch cleaners cupboard or extra charge, take the garbage etc! No dish washer at the property. Food had been left from the previous guests in the kitchen and refridgerator and was out of date(milk and bread). This added to the 9 am text message on the day of departure reminding me to exit the property promptly at 10 am, made me feel I would not want to stay here again

In need of renovation

The outlook for this apartment is stunning. However once inside you can see it is in desperate need of renovation. The kitchen draws did not open properly, the bathroom was clean but outdated and mould grew overnight in the shower. There was a distinct musty smell in the unit, and you are told to leave the air con and fans going all the time, however the fans creaked and the main air conditioner was to loud to leave on through the night. Upon inspection we found the vanity in the main bedroom had towels in the cupboard which were quite damp and gave off a distinct odour. The owner was very contactable as our first night there was sand on the floor and in the bed and we had not been to the beach but she quickly organised cleaners to come in the next day and rectify.
