Experience the beauty of Hamilton Island from this spacious ocean-view apartment, complete with a complimentary near-new golf buggy and access to a shared swimming pool — the perfect base for a relaxing Whitsundays escape.

Ideally positioned to enjoy island living at its best, the apartment offers comfortable open-plan living that flows onto a private terrace with sweeping views across the reef. It is an ideal setting for morning coffee, outdoor dining or sunset drinks while taking in the tropical surroundings.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen including stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware, allowing guests to enjoy relaxed meals during their stay. A spacious living area provides a welcoming place to unwind after a day exploring the island.

For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, and flat-screen TVs in both the lounge and bedrooms.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the apartment as well as a near-new golf buggy, making it easy to explore Hamilton Island’s beaches, marina, restaurants and walking trails. The complex swimming pool is also available for guest use.

Hamilton Island is car-free, with transport primarily via buggy or the complimentary island shuttle service. The Marina Village offers cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket, all just a short buggy ride away.

Host was easy to communicate with and prompt. Valet was great, relaxed and proffesional. It is quiet time of year for the island, weather was typical for the wet season. But it is still paradise!

Great location and a clean, well-maintained property. A few minor things could use some attention, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The property management team was excellent in communicating and coordinating our arrival and departure.

The host was helpful throughout the stay. There were a few issues, like there being a big hole in the bathroom wall where a towel rail had been ripped off, and the bath tub seemed quite dirty, whether it was stained or something. The rest of the house was nice. Just not super clean when we first arrived, only surface clean. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Hi Sara Thank you for staying. The towel rail is something we are aware of and was damaged by a previous guest. We are in the proceaa opf getting it repaired but things on the island take a bit of time. I hzve provided the cleaners the feedback on the bath, it is not stained.

Yes you can see a glimpse of the water. A nice quiet spot, unit was clean a huge TV screen and a buggy to go with it. The downside the air conditioners were so loud you could not sleep with them on! The nice outside area was unfortunately dated ripped furniture not appealing to sit on, a broken out door umbrella that needs to be removed. A big hole with construction fencing around it which we were advised about. Apart from that a nice 3 day stay.

Just to clarify a few points for future guests — the apartment does have clear ocean views, as reflected in our listing photos, and we’re pleased you were able to enjoy glimpses of the water during your stay. The air-conditioning units are regularly serviced and in good working order, however we understand that individual sensitivity to noise can vary and appreciate the feedback. The outdoor furniture and umbrella have since been addressed with our on-island team, and we are continuing to manage the occasional wear caused by local wildlife, which is part of the island environment. As noted, the pool is currently under review by the Owners Corporation, with an upcoming meeting scheduled. We appreciate your comments and are always working to improve the guest experience.

Can highly recommend this apartment, which is well appointed, spotlessly clean and in very good condition. Great location with sea and sunset views from the balconies.Check in was easy as met at wharf by a valet with our complimentary golf buggy (a must have on the island imo) and transferred our considerable luggage to and from the unit upon arrival/departure.
