I’ll be speaking with the Body Corporate about the front door,and landing as this is their responsibility, and we’ll also make sure the cleaners pay extra attention to the balcony. As you probably noticed, the cockatoos can make quite a mess on the balconies! We would have loved to hear about these issues while you were here so we could have fixed them straight away. Hi Sue, Thanks for your feedback. I will chase up the window panel as I was not aware one was missing. Also the bin should have been taken daily by the caretakers. I will email these guys and see what happened. I hope we see you again soon. Neri

Hi Tara, Thank you for your feedback. I think the reviews are based on perspectives. As we are here on island if you needed anything other than what was there we can always bring it to you. Unfortunately in busy times we don't have the capabilities to check all inventory and the mismatch is due to groups staying in multiple properties and taking things between them. I am not sure how the towels smelt but I will look into this now and the bird droppings on the balcony the staff would advise guests on check in that we will be back to clean this after all arrivals have been checked in, I am not sure how this was missed but again once you are here if there is anything not right we are there to fix or help anyway we can. Im am very confused by the comments on the pool. The bouganvillia pool and frangipani pool are definitly there. You had 2 pools close by to use at the front of Hibiscus and one at the end of Frangipani plus all the resort pools. The rest of the maintenance items I have noted to be inspected and we do appreciate any so we can improve. We hope you enjoy your next stay on the island and I would suggest the new Sundays that has been built and recently openned.
