Waterfront on Cape Cod Bay! Part of the iconic Pilgrim Colony, this charming two-bedroom, single-story cottage with Cape Cod Bay views is only steps down a sandy path to the water's edge. This classic cottage has a light, bright main living area with living room and dining area. The living room has comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable. The dining area has a dining table and a ductless split unit air conditioner.

Just off the dining area is the nicely equipped kitchen with gas range. A pass-through into the living room provides bay views in the kitchen as well. Off the kitchen is a separate dining room at the front of the cottage.

The cottage has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and a ductless split unit air conditioner. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a ductless split unit air conditioner. There is a bathroom with a stall shower.

Comforts including three ductless split unit air conditioners (one in main living area and one in each bedroom), in-unit washer and dryer (in closet off kitchen), cable and WiFi. Direct beach access from the association property.

Follow the sandy path beside the cottage to the beach for swimming, beachcombing and sunbathing. Relax in the Adirondack chairs behind the cottage.

The property is located along the shuttle route to Provincetown! Hop on the shuttle to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer--great shops, restaurants, galleries and museums--just to name a few. Short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, wine and lighthouse tours and other fun activities.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
