Perfect apartment for 2 people. We had two friends visit for the afternoon and there was plenty of room and seating to accommodate us all. The apartment is obviously a conversion and it’s been done very well. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed! Like sleeping on a cloud it was so comfortable. Especially liked the dark (and soft) make-up towel, great touch. It’s a short easy walk to downtown Plymouth, allowing me to have drinks with dinner and not worry about driving home. If visiting Plymouth again I would definitely rebook this apartment.

Cozy and cute with a great location

Over we enjoyed our stay, however the shower needs attention. Lots of mold and the shower curtain was disgusting. Other than that the bed was comfortable but could use a headboard. Very quiet at night and the air conditioner worked great. The location was perfect and we would most certainly rent this place again.

Great stay in downtown Plymouth

This downtown Plymouth unit was perfect for our visit to Michigan. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean and tidy. It is also located very near to downtown Plymouth giving easy access to shops and restaurants. The hosts are responsive and helpful. The checkin process was also easy and streamlined.

Great Host. Very quick response.

We enjoyed our stay. We are originally from the area, we know it well. We had a very nice, private & peaceful place to stay. Kristin & Kevin were very attentive. I have booked AB&B many times in the area and I will choose this one every time. Thank you! Shelley

Les points forts : Propreté et arrivée
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de l’annonce
Security breach while we were sleeping, person walked through home, stole a wallet and left once we made some noise. Not long after they opened the LOCKED door to ask us irrelevant questions, walked into the living space, stole our joint, and walked out. No response from host for support during these events aswell. Absolutely flabbergasted at this event, we have been in contact with police. Please be careful at this property, it is not safe! Home was advertised as whole home rental, only to get there and it be split into 3 apartments. Whole home means no sharing walls, otherwise list it as a condo or apartment. Other than that the place was clean and functional.

Areas that need to be improved

We loved the locations. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was very nicely furnished. There was only one light for the dining/ living room which did not provide enough light for reading in the living room in the evening. The only way to turn on the light in the kitchen/ living room was with a pull cord above the kitchen counter which was beyond my reach. I had to use a chair to reach it. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower control was not secured to the wall and was a little difficult to turn on. We did not have hot water for two days which was very inconvenient in 90 degree weather. We not know where the washer/ dryer were located until we encountered the cleaning lady on our last day who told us the location. A notebook or paper explaining where it was would have been very helpful plus more info about how to use Raku , garbage removal(garbage cans in street three days) ,information about the area. A chair in the bedroom would be nice.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Comfortable, good location.

The unit is fairly well appointed, has good decor, and was very comfortable. We appreciated the stocked Keurig (K-cups provided; bring your own sweetener/cream), fluffy towels, and available YouTube TV. We stayed in a different rental in Plymouth for a few months in the fall and wanted to make sure we were able to walk to town and support/experience the small shops now that COVID isn’t as big of an impact. This fit the bill. We walked to and from town multiple times a day and enjoyed the temperate weather. A couple of drawbacks: I didn’t notice any knives for prep/cooking - only butter and steak knives. This wasn’t a big deal for us, and the rest of the kitchen was very well appointed - plenty of pots/pans, and enough cups/plates/etc for our stay. The bigger of the two drawbacks was the size of the shower. Likely due to the restrictions of the floor plan of the house, the shower suffered a bit. It was overall fine, and there was plenty of hot water (and aforementioned fluffy towels), but it was tight. Overall, we would stay here again. The furniture and accommodations were comfortable and the finishes were well thought out. Best pillows I’ve ever slept on in a rental. Kudos to Kevin for doing a great job managing the property.
