Perfect location for visiting family in Plymouth; convenient to Ann Arbor and Detroit. Plymouth’s beautiful downtown is just minutes away and an easy walk. Very clean and comfortable; safe area and easy check in. This was our third time staying at Q Luxury Properties, and we will definitely plan to return.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The host, Kevin, was very responsive and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect location. The kids loved the playground across the street and the short walk to the ice cream shop. Very close to downtown in a safe area. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice stay. The environment is peaceful and the playground is nice for kids. We stayed 3 nights and we accidentally was in the Art in the Garden Event at Klogger Park. Very nice place! Walking distance to several parks.

Wonderful experience!

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental home. It went about as smooth as I could have hoped for! The hosts were very communicative and answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. The house is very cute and quaint. It was very clean and everything was provided that was stated. It is in a good, quiet neighborhood and area w lots of accessible restaurants, downtown area and just a few minutes away from Detroit and close attractions.Overall, we had a great time and in the future when we stay at another vacation rental home, there will be big shoes to fill! Thank you to our hosts for a great experience!

We loved the little town by Kellogg's Park. Was very clean and very well supplied. We were just a little tight for 8. Otherwise wonderful place.

Everything was as expected

Everything was as expected. Quite neighborhood. House wasn’t very soundproof and we were afraid that while we are walking or talking in house , neighbors may get disturbed . Only area where some improvements can be done is either darker blind shades or dark out curtains.

I did not stay because the house was left with toilet paper on the couch, two used coffee pods on the kitchen counter, a paper cup with some yellowish liquid in it and bedsheets had black hair in them. In addition, the coffee maker did not look properly clean. Neither myself or my friend felt comfortable staying there. We contacted VRBO because check in was 4:00 but when I arrived at 3:57 the cleaning crew was still there and we had to wait in the parking lot for them to finish up which was another 25 minutes. I expect a complete refund.

Cleaning crew was a 10 minutes late on finishing up because of an health issue with their family.. Guest was rude to them. None of what they said here is true with regards to the state of the property. Guest is making up things because they changed their mind about staying there and is trying to blame it on the condition of the property.

Clean Property

The property is well cleaned and well equipped. Location is great. Parking is available. Everything was excellent. The only issue was the squeaky stairs. Every time we use the stairs, we were worried that our neighbors would be annoyed. Other than that, everything was top and outstanding.

Great spot; great management!

Plymouth is a cute little spot with neat shops and tasty restaurants. The property was located on the edge of a nice neighborhood that was very walkable/joggable. Families were out walking and there were activities in Kellogg park, which felt like a very short, safe walk away. The property was exactly as advertised, and Kevin and his management team checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. They handled my elderly parents with white glove service when they accidentally showed up slightly early and had trouble accessing the property. Really above and beyond. This was my second time renting from this management group and I have been super happy both times!

First impressions are everything. My daughter and I arrived at the location early to "scope out" the area. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed were the trash bins and loads of trash piled up in front of the unit. We were about an hour and a half early and tired so I emailed Kevin to see if we would be able to check in early. I never received a response. While we were waiting in the car in the parking lot behind the unit two people (a female and male) pulled up and went into the unit. For the next hour and half these persons would proceed to go in and out of three units with wadded up bedding and linens. With about 30 minutes left until check in I decided to go to Walmart to get my own cleaning supplies (Lysol Wipes, laundry detergent, sponges, etc) I did not have a good feeling about what we were witnessing. I planned on cleaning the unit and washing the bedding when we were inside. When we returned from Walmart it was 4:01PM (One minute pass check-in time.) The door was wide open. We proceeded to walk to the door and the lady asked' "Are you the guests that will be staying?" I replied, "Yes" and she asked us to give them ten more minutes to clean the floors. I obliged but I was not happy with this situation and wanted to cancel this reservation immediately. Ten minutes turned into twenty five minutes and I called Kevin and did not receive an answer. I left a voicemail about the situation. The lady then was on a cell phone, with whom I assumed was Kevin, and proceed

Plymouth MI townhouse

The property is a two bedroom townhouse in a row of about eight of them. The property itself was spotless and had all that you needed for your stay. The only thing I would say is the outside of the building needed some cleaning up in terms of landscaping. The walk to downtown Plymouth with all it's shops and restaurants was an easy 15-20 minutes or a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood the building was located in was a very well kept residential neighborhood of small homes and was pleasant for an evening walk. The owner/manager was very easy to work with and helpful.
