Great convenient stay in Plymouth

The property was as described. It was spotless and provisioned. We had no issues locating the townhouse and gaining entry to the home. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and the variety of coffee. Our daughter lives nearby, and it was very nice to have our own place to stay while visiting her for the holidays. We were able to utilize the laundry facilities and storage in the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kevin for hosting us!

Clean and comfortable!

The property was as described, but also very comfortable. The bedrooms had comfy beds and pillows, the bathroom has a nice shower complete with nice towels. The unit is tastefully decorated and easy to feel at home in. Kristin and Kevin were very communicative and friendly and provided good instructions for check-in.

Very nice condo, great stay!

Condo was great inside. Very nicely furnished, beautiful cabinetry, soothing gray color scheme and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed a pleasant walk to DT Plymouth where there were quaint shops, bars and restaurants. Would like to point out that we found the back step to be dangerous!

Weekend in Michigan

We were in town for the weekend to visit our son in college. There weren’t a lot of options near the school so we ended up in Plymouth. And while this location is not near the school (about 25 minutes from UM) the drive was not bad. The hosts were very kind and communicative. The townhouse was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Updated Plymouth Townhome Close to Downtown

Loved the townhouse with nice appliances, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, plenty of space for couples, families or friends. Great check in instructions and communication. Only bad side was the appearance of the building and neighboring owners. Yard with kids toys all over, old furniture and junk. Not a good first impression on arrival. Building could use power washing and paint, new fence and stairs/walkway.

As a local author, this townhouse near downtown a Plymouth was a great spot to hole up for a few days of focused writing! The space was sparkling clean and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the kitchen, which was so convenient I chose to prepare my own meals instead of ordering in! The bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable, and I appreciated having a full desk where I could work, and a recliner to where I could relax and think. There were even some cozy throw blankets for cuddling and watching TV, which is always a welcoming touch. The bathroom is small, but has adequate storage for one or two people, and I made good use of the large bathtub! The only problem with my stay was something I am hoping was a fluke, but it must be noted. Despite several attempts, I was completely unable to communicate with my hosts for a full week. This started 5 days before check in, when I responded to an automated message and asked to extend my stay. I received no response beyond the automated check-in messages. The morning after check-in, I sent another message about extending my stay, and asked a question about the TV, but I received no response. For the remainder of my stay, I called and texted both host phone numbers (disconnected), and emailed the office. I finally got a message from Kevin the morning I checked out, apologizing: his company was "transitioning teams" that week, including phones. I offered to return in a couple of months... a chance to redeem!

Great stay for family

Stayed here with my family of four (2 adults, 2 children) and 3 nieces. Was excellent for our group! Loved the nearby playground, Dairy Go Round Ice cream store and Louie’s Chicken. The house had everything we needed (2 queen beds, sleeper sofa and queen air mattress) and a stocked kitchen. House was super clean and owner was easy to communicate with.

Hotel like amenities! Great place to stay!

House was clean and updated with many amenities, including USB outlets for all the devices we have today. 4 adults stayed at the house, but we enjoyed visits with local family and sat around the table playing games and enjoying dancing with kids in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms had very comfortable beds and we all slept well! I would definitely stay here again.
