WOW Jean - You must LOVE Coffee! Unfortunately, having a 25 cup commercial coffee machine is not something we would provide. If that is something you require, we would highly recommend asking in advance of your host or bringing it with you. As in our listing, we have an XL Keurig. In our 2 bathrooms, we have the standard # of towel racks but can certainly take a look. We do regularly clean the outdoor table, but it is outdoors and pollen season, which accumulates quickly. We always recommend wiping it off before using it. We will definitely check on a corkscrew as we have several extras - and would have been happy to drop one off if we had known you weren't locating one. We are always happy to answer questions and assist guests during their stay, and encourage them to contact us if something comes up! Thanks for staying! Bart, Jeff & Sue

Thank you for staying with us David! And thanks for your feedback. We always encourage guests to read the entire listing description & details, and look at all of the photos - so when things like bigger beds & modern bathrooms are your priority - you are able to select a property that offers you those vs one that doesn't. Safe Travels and a happy 2021!

Thank you so much! Hope you visit again sometime! Regards, Bart & Sue

Thanks for staying with us Jennifer! We are very happy you enjoyed your visit and hope you do again sometime! Happy New Year! Bart & Sue

Jim was a great guest - he gave some suggestions he said, because he is a "senior" and thought they would be helpful! So we now offer a shower grab bar by request! Our bathrooms are both standard shower/tub combos. We always appreciate our guests taking time to share and do our best to always improve! We are very happy you enjoyed your stay Jim and wish you safe travels! Bart & Sue

Thanks for staying with us Deanna - Safe Travels to you. Bart, Jeff & Sue

Thanks for staying with us Denise - we are sorry your planned trip ran into last minute issues with your other host cancelling on you and are happy we were available to host you, even though our home wasn't what you were really looking for. We love our older Florida neighborhood and style of home and try to show that off with our photos. We complete our regular maintenance and upkeep of the home and actually updated our furnishings not that long ago too! You actually experienced some of our regular things we do, because we had them scheduled before you booked last minute, and we appreciate you letting us be able to keep the schedule! We have a professional cleaning service that does our cleanings and we always suggest to guests that stay for multiple months and that have dogs, that we are happy to get you a quote for additional cleaning(s) during your stay to help keep things looking great! We would have been happy to coordinate that for you! We are always available to answer questions and provide assistance during your stay. Safe Travels to you, Bart & Sue

Colleen - thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time to write such a lovely review! We really enjoyed having you stay with us! You were fantastic guests! We hope you visit NE Florida again sometime! Best Wishes & Safe Travels to you! Bart & Sue

Thanks for sharing this 3+ months after your reservation for the 4th of July. We did not know of any requests for your review to be redone, you would need to speak with VRBO on that. We are unaware of any issues from your stay with us because we never heard from you at all. We have photos from both our arrival inspection that was completed within an hour of your arrival - as well as photos from immediately after your departure. That is part of our regular process for all of our reservations. We do not show any cleanliness concerns at all with the home. You never asked any questions about smoking outside of the property and in fact, we even have an ash tray bin on the front porch for use. This is a very odd review, especially considering your sister is our neighbor?? We will trust that our future guests can see from reviews from before & after your stay - that cleanliness was noted as a highlight of our home. We are always very happy to answer any guest questions before, during or even after their stay - and we look forward to hosting our future guests! Best Wishes, Bart & Sue

Thanks for your feedback Michaela! It is clearly displayed in the Host section of our listing that we are the host for this home. VRBO is a booking platform, not the owner or manager of the property and we advise in the confirmation message that we send on VRBO that all future communications would be coming directly from us, the host, via email. That included verification and reservation ID. That is why there is a host section for every listing, so guests can be aware of who they will be hearing from. We set everything up based on the # of guests it is booked for - and in this case, you booked for 3 guests, which we asked you to confirm and you did. We have also verified with our arrival inspection photos/video that not only were there bath towels left under the sink in each bathroom - but we left more on each bed. We do have window blinds on our windows, including the front picture windows. If you require room darkening blinds, it is definitely a feature you should use in your property search or verify with the host before making the reservation. We do our best to fully describe our home in our listing description and photos as well as detail all of the terms in the booking agreement - all of which is provided prior to a guest booking with us. Signage in the home is simply a reminder of what was already described in the listing. We always encourage guests to fully review any property listing before making a reservation and definitely ask questions! Thank You!

Thanks for staying with us Carla! It was our pleasure to host you - we are very happy you enjoyed your stay! Take Care! Bart & Sue

Thanks for staying with us Eric! We are happy you & your family enjoyed your visit! Best Wishes, Bart & Sue
