Welcome to Jennings Townhome in Orange Park, FL.

Located about 40 minutes southwest of the Jacksonville International Airport, this brand new build townhome has a lot of living space - nice large bedrooms and a great open concept living/kitchen/dining area. Convenient to Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs and Jacksonville. Thirty Minutes to see the Jaguars, Jumbo Shrimp, Jacksonville Giants or the Jacksonville Icemen. A quick 10 minute drive to Doctor's Lake. Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Convenient to many area golf courses too!



This townhome has a great layout with the Owner's Suite with King Size Bed and En-Suite Bathroom on the main level. Nice and open living area with SMART TV and basic cable, great kitchen and dining area, with privacy film on the patio doors. Upstairs offers a second living area - with SMART TV and 2 more bedrooms and guest bathroom. We have some outdoor chairs that we store in the garage as well as a BBQ that are available for use. There is a washer/dryer on the main floor off of the kitchen/dining area.



Pet Friendly - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet - max 2 pups. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



There is a tank provided with the grill, but propane is not included. There may be some left from a previous guest, otherwise you would need to bring the tank to an area grocery store, Home Depot, Ace Hardware or Lowe's and swap it out for a full tank. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Boat Rental, Golf, Etc.

Doctor's Lake Marina also offers boat & pontoon rentals so you can take advantage of our area waters including Doctor's Lake, the Black Creek and the St Johns River.



Several boat ramps around the area - so if you are bringing your boat to enjoy fishing along the Black Creek, St Johns River or Doctor's Lake - just let us know and we can let you know which options will be best for you!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
